1. To make a special tasty and healthy cake without egg, without oven on Teachers Day, first take a non-stick pan and grease it with light oil, ie lubricate so that the cake does not stick. Now take a big pan, in which the small pan comes easily. Keep both the pan aside.

2. After this, mix flour and baking powder well in a vessel. If you want, you can also filter so that the batter becomes smooth.

3. Now take curd in a separate bowl and add baking soda to it. Leave it a few minutes like this. In a short time, foam will start to form in it, which will make the cake soft.

4. After this, add sugar and oil in a big bowl, whisk it well until it becomes light and creamy. Now add curd and mix well, then add vanilla essence to it.

5. Now put the flour mixture slowly in this wet mixture and mix slowly. Keep in mind that the batter is smooth but not to throw too much. You can add some water if needed.

6. Insert the prepared batter into a small crushed pan and tap a little on top so that the batter is set. Now keep this pan in a big pan. Keep the large pan on medium flame, after 5 minutes, add some water to the large pan so that it acts like a steamer.

7. Now cook the cake for 40-50 minutes by applying a lid in the last, after every 15 minutes, put some more water in the big pan so that steam continues. After 40 minutes, put a toothpick and try, if it comes out clean then the cake is ready.
