After the crash of LCA Tejas in Dubai Air Show, the brother of a deceased pilot of Pakistani Air Force has shown the mirror to the people of his country. Salman, brother of Pakistani Air Force pilot Wing Commander Noman Akram, has also appealed not to celebrate the crash of the Indian fighter jet and the death of Wing Commander Namansh Syal.

“This is not easy for his family”

Salman expressed his condolences to the family of Wing Commander Namansh Syal on his ‘X’ account and said that I know this will not be easy for his (Indian pilot) family.

During the crash of Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas in Dubai, such videos had also surfaced in which Pakistani journalists were making fun of the accident and laughing loudly. After the incident, Pakistani accounts (including bot accounts) even started celebrating the death of the Indian pilot on social media.

In such a situation, Salman said that as the brother of martyr Wing Commander Noman Akram, “the last thing anyone should do is to celebrate the death of a professional soldier.”

On Friday, the last day of the Dubai Air Show (16-21 November), the Indian Air Force’s indigenous fighter aircraft LCA-Tejas crashed while flying. Air Force fighter pilot Wing Commander Namansh Syal was killed in the accident.

Dead body brought to India from Dubai

On Saturday, the mortal remains of the Wing Commander were brought to India from Dubai. Earlier, UAE Army paid tribute to Wing Commander Sayan at Al Maktoum Airbase in Dubai. Senior officials of the Indian Embassy were also present on this occasion.

Wing Commander Syal was posted in the LCA Tejas squadron and was specially selected for the Dubai Air Show. His wife is also an Air Force officer.

According to retired school principal Jagan Nath Syal, he had spoken to his son a day earlier. Namansh had told him to watch his performance on TV or YouTube. The father says that while searching for videos at around 4 pm, he saw the information about the crash. After some time, six Air Force officers arrived at the house, which convinced them that something very serious had happened. Namansh’s family is currently in Coimbatore. His wife is training in Kolkata, while his parents were taking care of their 7-year-old granddaughter Arya for the last two weeks.

Namansh Syal’s career

Namansh Syal’s early education took place in Dalhousie, Army Public School Yol Cantt, Dharamshala and Sainik School Sujanpur Tira. After passing from NDA, he joined the Indian Air Force in 2009. Father tells that Namansh was very promising in studies and was always passionate about seeing big dreams and fulfilling them. The martyrdom of the son has forced the family to complete disintegration. Mother Veena Syal is in deep shock. Officials told the family that the process of bringing the mortal remains to India may take about two days.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, while paying tribute to Namansh, said that the martyrdom of the brave son Namansh Syal in the Tejas crash at Dubai Air Show is very sad. The nation has lost a courageous and dutiful warrior. Kangra Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa said that the administration is providing all possible help to the family.

Anil Chopra said this big thing

According to Anil Chopra, very few fighter planes in the world are able to do such negative-G turn. “Such a performance proves that the aircraft’s fuel system and other technical systems can withstand sustained negative-G. It demonstrates both the pilot’s ability and the strength of the aircraft,” he said.

He said that what happened between the negative-G turn immediately before the accident and the repositioning turn that followed will be investigated in detail. He further said, “Many professionals, media channels and spectators were making videos. This Tejas was in service since 2016
