When this happened, SI Madhu jumped on the bonnet to stop the car, but Shrikar did not reduce the speed and dragged the officer.

According to eyewitnesses, this scene was very scary. People were shouting, but the car did not stop. After about 500 meters, after crossing Yacharam town, the car slowed down a bit and SI Madhu jumped out and escaped. He suffered minor injuries, but survived.

Police arrested two people in the car

Meanwhile, the running car hit a bike hard. Venkat Reddy, a resident of Yacharam, was traveling on the bike with his daughter-in-law Divya and one-year-old grandson. Nitin, a resident of Hydernagar, was also in the car with Shrikar. Police stopped the car near Khanapur and arrested both of them. Breath analyzer test confirmed Srikar’s drinking.
