Tesla has a social media platform x Post “Our website in India can be ordered directly.” Along with this, the company has also informed about the locations where customers can order for Model Y. The initial price of this electric SUV is Rs 59.89 lakh. It has been made available in two variants – rear wheel drive and long -range rear wheel drive. The price of its long-range rear wheel drive variant is Rs 67.89 lakh. The company’s showroom is in Mumbai. Tesla has reported that initially registration and delivery will be done in Delhi, Mumbai and Gurugram. Through Tesla Design Studio, customers will also be able to customize the exterior, interior and features of the model Y.

The range of Model Y’s rear-wheel drive variants is about 500 kilometers in single charge. It can hold a speed of 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. Its long range rear-wheel drive range more than 620 km. It can reach a speed of 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. Tesla seems likely to be a possibility of the world’s third largest automobile market in India. However, the company’s EV’s more prices can cause obstruction in its sales.

Tesla’s model Y, who was the world’s best -selling car, has declined in the last few years. It will compete with the luxury electric cars of Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz in India. The company’s second showroom in India can be started in the capital Delhi by the end of this month.
