According to the information, the Thai Army has started marching across the border into the disputed areas of Cambodia. On Monday (8 December 2025), Thailand carried out an air strike with an F-16 fighter plane on an abandoned casino in Cambodia. Cambodian soldiers were using this casino as their hideout. The dispute continued even after Cambodia’s independence in 1953. In 1962, the International Court of Court (ICJ) ruled that Preh Vihar Temple is in the area of Cambodia.
