Tnusrb si recruitment 2025: If you want to work in the police, then this news is important for you. The Tamil Nadu Uniforms Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) in the State Police Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for this recruitment through the official website tnusrb.tn.gov.in.

A total of 1299 posts will be filled through this recruitment campaign. The registration process for recruitment will start from 7 April 2025 and the last date of the application has been kept on 3 May 2025. Candidates who want to improve the application form will be able to do it by 13 May 2025.

Candidates should have a Bachelors degree from a recognized university. This degree should be completed till the date of notification issuing.

According to the notification, the age of the candidate should be between 20 years and maximum 30 years by 1 July 2025.

• Main written examination
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Viva-Voce
• Special marks

The main examination will have two parts- general knowledge and logical analysis, numerical analysis, psychology, communication skills and information management ability.
Tamil Language Eligibility Test (100 marks, 100 minutes exam – minimum 40 marks required)

To apply, candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. If a candidate applies for both quotons if a candidate department candidate, then he will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000.
