Away from the film world, Twinkle Khanna remains in the headlines because of her authorship and her own OTT show. Now she has released the sequel of her much-awaited book ‘Mrs. Funnybones: She’s Just Like You and a Lot Like Me’.

The actress has shared her experience while launching the book on social media. Twinkle Khanna has updated social media about her new book and informed fans about ‘Mrs. Funnybones Returns’.

The actress shared the first look of the book and wrote – In all the book fairs I have gone to till now, people have definitely asked about the sequel of Mrs. Funnybones, finally it has arrived. He further wrote, “Ten years of writing about women’s lives, politics, religious leaders, news, loss, sadness, aging and laughter.

For a decade I have been observing how India sees women and how I see India. This time Mrs. Funnybones returns, older, wiser? From Mrs. Funnybones to Welcome to Paradise, which of my books impressed you the most?

The first part got good response
Let us tell you that the first part of Twinkle Khanna’s ‘Mrs. Funnybones’ got a very good response from the audience. More than 1 lakh copies of this book were sold and it became the best selling book of the year 2015. This book was published by Penguin India. The book has closely depicted the life of modern women, who cook food before waking up in the morning, then go to work and even while returning, think about what to cook for dinner at night.

Let us tell you, the story of the book is full of fantasy and humor, which the actress has written in a very witty style. After getting good response to the first part of the book, now the actress has also revealed the second part of the book.

Apart from writing, Twinkle Khanna is also hosting. She is seen with Kajol in the OTT talk show “Too Much with Kajol and Twinkle”, where the actress has fun with Bollywood celebs and also reveals secrets related to their lives.

It is impossible for director Farah Khan to go anywhere and not burst into laughter. She makes everyone laugh with her style. Farah Khan and Ananya Pandey attended Twinkle Khanna and Kajol’s show Too Much with Kajol and Twinkle. Where both of them had a lot of fun. Farah remembered her old days and narrated an incident which shocked everyone. Farah told that she had kicked a director who was flirting with her.

Why did you kick the director?

Farah said- ‘You know how hot she was in Twinkle. You know that director was trying to impress me since the time we were shooting. He came to my room to discuss a song when I was on the bed and sat near me. I kicked him from the bed itself. Twinkle Khanna started laughing after listening to Farah and confirmed this story. Twinkle said- ‘I don’t know why but that director was behind it. He kicked her, it happened and I was a witness.

Why did Farah leave acting?

Farah Khan also talked about her short acting career. Which he left very soon. Farah said- Actually, I don’t know why I did this. I think I was sitting idle and then Boman called me, and Sanjay Bhansali came to my house and said- ,I will be on the set every day. And Boman, he was great to work with. I became an actress and decided, this is never for me. I hated it. You just have to sit and wait., Farah jokingly said- ,I told Boman that now I know why people would have affairs on the sets, because it is just out of boredom.,
