More than 350 trains may be affected from April to June due to the ongoing traffic block on the Churu-Sadulpur railway section near Prayagraj. This includes both express and passenger trains, due to which passengers may have to face a lot of trouble.

People say that due to such large scale cancellation of trains, route diversion and change in timings, passengers have to suffer the consequences. While talking to news agency ANI, many passengers also said that the authorities should make better plans especially keeping in mind the middle and lower class passengers, because not everyone can travel by flights.

Regarding this, railway officials say that this route block has been taken due to the work of doubling and automatic signaling on Churu-Sadulpur section of Bikaner division. Also, yard remodeling work is going on at Prayagraj station, due to which the operation of trains has also been affected. During this period, the introduction of new special trains has been banned and work like adding or removing coaches has also been limited.
