If you want to make a career in accounts and finance sector, then a good opportunity has come for you. IFFCO has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Trainee (Accounts). Under this recruitment, eligible candidates will get the opportunity to work across the country. The application process has started online and interested candidates can fill the online form till 15th April.

Ability
To apply for IFFCO Trainee (Accounts) posts, it is necessary for the candidate to have passed CA (Intermediate). Along with this, there should be at least 60% marks in Graduation from a recognized university. Candidates who have this qualification can apply for this recruitment.

age limit
The maximum age of the candidate has been fixed at 30 years. However, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per rules. SC/ST candidates will get 5 years relaxation and OBC candidates will get 3 years relaxation. For this post, the candidate should have understanding of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Treasury Management. Apart from this, basic knowledge of ERP or SAP is also necessary. If the candidate has knowledge of more than one Indian language, it can give additional advantage.

Under this recruitment, the selected candidates can be posted in any part of India. There will be an opportunity to work in various offices of IFFCO and its affiliated companies. This is a transferable job.

Salary and bond
Selected candidates will have to work in IFFCO for at least 3 years after training. For this they will have to fill service bond. Salary and other facilities will be given as per the rules of the company. The salary for the post of Trainee (Accounts) in IFFCO is quite good. During the training, one gets a stipend of around Rs 48,000 per month, which also includes some allowances. After completion of training, the salary increases to around Rs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 per month and the annual package can reach around Rs 12 lakh.

selection process
Candidates will be selected in this recruitment in three phases. First of all CBT will be taken. After this successful candidates will be called for interview. Finally the final selection will be made after medical examination.
