Aequs IPO is a book build issue of ₹921.81 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 5.40 crore shares, giving a total of ₹670.00 crore and offer for sale of 2.03 crore shares, giving a total of ₹251.81 crore. Bidding for Aequs IPO will open for subscription on December 3, 2025 and close on December 5, 2025. The allotment for Aequs IPO is expected to be final on December 8, 2025. Aequs IPO will be listed on BSE, NSE and the probable date of listing has been fixed as December 10, 2025. The price band of Aequs IPO has been fixed at ₹118.00 to ₹124.00 per share.

Along with the share market, tremendous growth is also being seen in commodities, especially in copper and silver. For the first time in the international market, Silver has reached $57 per ounce, while in India its price is trading around ₹1,75,000 per kg. At the same time, Copper has also made a new all-time high of $ 11,200 per tonne i.e. approximately ₹ 1045 per kg. At the same time, production is decreasing in many big copper mines around the world and new mining projects are also progressing slowly. It is estimated that by 2035 the Copper Supply Deficit may reach approximately 30%. For this reason, copper prices have increased by 25% in the last one year. For retail investors, there are two major options for exposure in the copper theme – Hindustan Copper Ltd and Hindalco Industries Ltd. Hindustan Copper’s CMP is 340 and has given 23.47% returns in one year. Hindalco’s CMP is 812 and it has given a spectacular rise of 22.65% in the last one year and 221.61% in the last five years. However, like Gold and Silver, the facility to invest in Copper ETFs is not yet available.

The government is going to present a total of 9 big Economic Bills in the Winter Session which is going to be held before Budget 2026. Among these, two important bills—Health Security to National Security Cess Bill 2025 and The Central Excise (Amendment) Bill—are especially in the news. Due to the expiry of the Compensation Cess, preparations have been made to implement a new cess, the purpose of which is to raise additional resources for the expenditure on health and national security. This new cess will not be decided on the quantity of production, but on the basis of production capacity of the machines and will be applicable on the machines making Gutkha and tobacco products. According to media reports, in addition to 40% GST, 70% cess will be levied on tobacco products, while on cigarettes, a special cess ranging from Rs 2,700 to Rs 11,000 will be imposed on every thousand cigarettes depending on the length. Another big bill is related to the insurance sector—The Insurance Laws Amendment Bill, 2025—which includes a proposal to increase the FDI limit in the insurance sector from 74% to 100%. So far, FDI worth about Rs 82,000 crore has come in the insurance sector, and the government wants this to increase capital, competition and efficiency in the sector. To simplify and unify the rules related to the share market, the government will also introduce Securities Market Code Bill, 2025. This bill aims to bring a unified and simplified law for the securities market so that doing business in the market can become easier. Apart from this, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill 2025, Manipur GST (Second Amendment) Bill 2025, National Highways (Amendment) Bill 2025 and Corporate Laws (Amendment) Bill 2025 will also be introduced in this session. Petrol and Diesel may soon become much cheaper, because the big estimate of Global Bank JP Morgan has come out. According to the bank, in the next three years the world supply of oil is going to exceed its demand. For this reason, there will be excess Brent Crude Oil in the market, due to which its prices may fall by 50% to around $30 by the end of FY 2027. This estimate has come at a time when India is the second largest oil importer in the world. The Indian economy will directly benefit from the huge fall in prices. India’s crude oil import bill in the year 2024 is more than ₹12 lakh crore. If Brent Crude comes to $30, India can get huge savings of about ₹6 lakh crore. The biggest reason for this Demand-Supply imbalance is the strong production capacity of Non-OPEC+ countries. By 2027, almost half of the new supply coming to the market will be from outside OPEC+ countries. Due to this, global inventories are filling up rapidly. This year the world’s oil stock has increased at the rate of 1.5 million barrels per day, of which about 1 million barrels are stored in ships and China’s reserves. If Brent Crude falls to $30, India, the government and the common man will get huge benefits.

On one hand, the new Labor Codes being implemented in India are going to increase the salary, PF, and retirement benefits of the employees, while on the other hand, it will have a direct impact on E-commerce, Food Delivery, and Gig Economy Platforms. Platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber will now have to contribute 1–2% of the annual turnover or 5% of the total payments made to gig workers to the Social Security Fund to be created by the government. If the maximum 5% contribution is implemented, the additional charge is likely to increase to approximately ₹3.2 on a food delivery order and ₹2.4 on a quick-commerce order. Media reports say that this expense can be passed on the users by increasing Platform Fee, Surge Charges, or Delivery Fee. Although gig workers already get facilities like accident insurance, health insurance, non-payment of wages cover and maternity benefits, their social security coverage will increase further after the new codes. The challenge is that gig workers do not have fixed working hours, change platforms and work on multiple apps simultaneously, which can be operationally difficult to implement.
