Grammy Award Best Audiobook Reading Meditations: The Reflections of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. It was written in the post that I accept this honor with gratitude and humility. He further said that I strongly believe that peace, compassion, care for the environment and understanding the unity of humanity are essential for the collective well-being of 8 billion human beings. I am grateful that this Grammy Award will help spread these messages more widely.

The Dalai Lama is the supreme spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism. He is not only a religious guru, but he is also a global symbol of peace, non-violence, compassion and mutual harmony.
