Now Trishala has shared her shocking transformation on Instagram. He told that after quitting sugar his facial bloating has completely gone away.

He wrote on the caption of this photo- Wow. Earlier I used to think that facial bloating was due to metabolic reasons. 5 weeks without sugar and my insulin sensitivity improved. My glycogen storage was regulated and my body also released the water it was holding. No more facial puffiness.

It is known that Trishala Dutt is from Sanjay Dutt and his first wife Richa Sharma. Richa Sharma is no more in this world. He died of brain tumor in 1996. Trishala Dutt has spent her entire life with her maternal grandparents. She lives in US. Trishala is a psychotherapist.

There was a time when Trishala Dutt wanted to become an actor. Trishala had told in a podcast, ‘I wanted to become an actor in my childhood. I did not want to become an actor because I was passionate about becoming an actor. I just wanted to be with my father. However, this could not happen.
