While talking to journalists, Trump said that many important matters related to trade were discussed between India and America. Praising Prime Minister Modi, he said that he is a wonderful person and has become a very good friend of mine with time. We had a very good conversation and mainly discussed business.

Claim made again regarding purchase of Russian oil

Regarding the purchase of oil from Russia, the US President has again claimed that PM Modi has told him that he will not buy more oil from Russia. He has made such claims many times before. However, the Indian Foreign Ministry had completely rejected these claims of Trump. MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal had said that PM Modi and Trump did not talk on phone.
