Tusshar kapoor: Veteran actor Jeetendra was a Bollywood superstar but his son Tushar Kapoor is still trying to make his mark in the industry. Tusshar started his acting career in 2001 with something to say. Despite giving some hit films like Golmaal franchise, The Dirty Picture and Shootout at Wadala, Tushar could not succeed in Bollywood. In an interview recently, Tushar Kapoor spoke of the early phase of his career and said that in his time, there was a debate on nepotism and people tried to draw him down due to being a star kid.

Actually, in a candid chat with Hindustan Times, Tusshar Kapoor was asked about nepotism, he said, “It started in my time too.” He further said, “Especially if you are from the film background, then the glass is always half empty for a particular section of the media. You have to be very thick skinned. Trying to drop a lot, there was a lot of negativity.”

Tushar further explained that a particular class of media targets star kids, often commenting on their appearance, degrades them. Tushar Kapoor, who has been part of the industry for 24 years, now considers himself lucky that he has a ‘will to move forward and focus on his work despite all the difficulties. He further said, “I did not come to the industry thinking that I have to live up to anyone’s expectations. But I was constantly tried to judge me and deviate me from the way. But the audience is very true. They will judge you based on what they see on the screen.”

Tushar also said that it is not true that star kids are born with silver spoon. He clearly said that actors with film background can get their first film very easily, but then they have to prove themselves every time.

Talking about the work front, Tusshar Kapoor’s recent horror comedy Kapakpi has been released in theaters on May 23. Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, the film also stars Shreyas Talpade in the lead role.

Tusshar kapoor on boycott turkey: Bollywood actor Tusshar Kapoor is very excited these days about the release of his upcoming film ‘Kampkampi’. Meanwhile, the actor refused to say anything on the ongoing dispute over Turki and Azerbaijan.

There was a trailer launch event of Tusshar Kapoor’s film ‘Kampkampi’ in Mumbai on Wednesday. During this time, the actor said that in view of the recent tension of India and Pakistan, he is not fully aware to comment on Turki and Azerbaijan.

Celebs supported Boycott Turkes

After India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’, the Turki supported Pakistan, due to which there was a lot of resentment among the common people as well as the stars of the film industry. Many celebs also supported ‘Boycott Turki’. TV actress Rupali Ganguly, singer Vishal Mishra along with other stars have also supported ‘Turkia Boycott’.

When Tusshar Kapoor was asked whether this is the right time to release the film in theaters, he said, “I think every film has its own style and the style of horror-comedy is such that it is even more special for the audience in the current situation. This film has everything that our audience would like to see in theater.”

We are following the rules

When asked about the Turki and Azerbaijan controversy, he said, “I am not fully aware of who is supporting whom. But I will just say that we are with the Indian Army and follow the rules. Theaters are open and movies are going on, which means that people are feeling safe and this belief is coming from our strong government. However, I am not sufficient to answer those questions because I do not have enough information.

The Hindi remake of Malayalam blockbuster is shivering

Under Bravo Entertainment, Jayesh Patel and Umesh Kumar have produced the film in collaboration with Zee Studio. ‘Kampkampi’ is a Hindi remake of the Malayalam blockbuster ‘thrill’, directed by Jeetu Madhavan, which was released in the year 2023.

The film stars Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade along with Sonia Rathi, Siddhi Idanani, Abhishek Kumar, Jai Thakkar, Varun Pandey, Dhirendra Tiwari and Dinkar Sharma in important roles. ‘Kangkampi’ will be released in theaters on 23 May.
