Listen good news! If you are looking for school for your child or you are worried about good studies, then take a sigh of relief. The cabinet meeting led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the opening of 57 new Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) across the country. These schools will not only provide quality education, but the dreams of millions of children will also get new wings. For this, a budget of Rs 5862 crore has been announced, which will be spent in the next 9 years.

What will be spent on what things?

2585 ​​crore will be spent on building and infrastructure. This means that all things will be made modern classrooms, labs and playgrounds. Apart from this, 3277 crore rupees will be spent on the salary of teachers to books etc. These schools will be ‘Adarsh ​​Vidyalayas’ according to NEP 2020. Apart from this, Balawatika (for 3-6 year old children) will be included for the first time. In these, learning in sports and games will be all will be increased creativity etc.

Where will these schools open?

It is worth noting that the demand of Kendriya Vidyalayas is in full swing. At present, 1288 schools are running in the country, in which 13.62 lakh children study. In December 2024, 85 new approved were approved and now 57 new Kendriya Vidyalayas have been approved.

• 20 schools: In the districts where there was never a Kendriya Vidyalaya.
• 14 Schools: In aspiring districts, where the speed of development is slow.
• 4 Schools: In Naxalite affected areas.
• 5 Schools: In North-East and Hill areas.

In total, these 57 schools will be opened in 17 states and central ruled regions. Let us know that this scheme running since 1962 was started for central employees, army and paramilitary children, but now every child is getting benefit.

How much will be the benefit?

• Seats for students: Every school will have 1520 seats, from which a total of 86,640 children will be able to study.
• Jobs explosion: 4617 permanent posts from 57 schools will be of teachers and staff. Apart from this, thousands of people will get employment to build schools.
• Results remain fantastic: The CBSE score is always excellent in Kendriya Vidyalayas. Apart from this, there are also modern teaching and facilities. This is the reason that 913 schools have already got the tag of PM Shri.

Why is this decision being considered a game changer?

This is a step to strengthen NEP 2020. These schools will also have multi-language, vocational skills, holistic growth etc. Actually, after Kovid epidemic has increased the focus on education and this step will progress in this direction.

Online Gaming Bill: प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को हुई बैठक में ऑनलाइन गेमिंग बिल को मंजूरी दे दी गई. इसके बाद ऑनलाइन सट्टेबाजी को दंडनीय अपराध बना दिया गया है. इस बिल को लोकसभा में बुधवार को रखा जा सकता है. ऑनलाइन गेमिंग बिल के जरिए ऑनलाइन गेमिंग को रेगुलेट किया जाएगा. केन्द्र सरकार का कहना है कि इस कदम से सभी listed और Un-listed कंपनियों पर फोकस करते हुए गेमिंग इंडस्ट्री में पारदर्शिता और नियंत्रण बढ़ेगा.

नए बिल में कुछ ऑनलाइन गेम्स को प्रतिबंधित करने के प्रावधानों को भी शामिल किया गया है. यानी ऐसे गेम्स जो लत, वित्तीय नुकसान या सामाजिक प्रभाव को बढ़ावा देते हैं, उन्हें प्रतिबंधित किया जा सकता है.

साथ ही, जिन गेम्स पर रेगुलेशन होगा वो हैं- स्किल-बेस्ड गेम जैसे चेस, क्विज़ और ई-स्पोर्ट्स,  कंपनियों को यह बताना अनिवार्य होगा कि उनका गेम स्किल-बेस्ड है या चांस-बेस्ड. हर प्लेटफॉर्म पर KYC और डेटा प्रोटेक्शन नियम लागू होंगे. नाबालिगों के लिए टाइम लिमिट, खर्च की सीमा और पैरेंटल कंट्रोल अनिवार्य होंगे.

गेमिंग इंडस्ट्री पर असर

इस बिल का उद्देश्य ऑनलाइन गेमिंग सेक्टर में नियम-कानून तय करना और उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना है. फिलहाल गेमिंग कंपनियों पर स्पष्ट रेगुलेशन की कमी है, जिसके कारण कई बार उपभोक्ता शोषण और धोखाधड़ी के शिकार हो जाते हैं.

नए कानून के बाद भारत की ऑनलाइन गेमिंग इंडस्ट्री, जिसमें करोड़ों यूजर्स सक्रिय हैं, पर सीधा असर पड़ेगा. खासकर वे कंपनियां जो बिना किसी नियमन के वर्चुअल मनी, रियल कैश गेम्स या बेटिंग से जुड़े गेम्स चला रही हैं, उन्हें अपनी पॉलिसी बदलनी होगी.

किन गेम्स पर बैन लग सकता है?

बिल में उन गेम्स को बैन करने का प्रावधान है जो- जुआ या सट्टेबाजी को बढ़ावा देते हैं. वर्चुअल मनी या रियल कैश बेटिंग पर आधारित होते हैं. खिलाड़ियों की लत बढ़ाते हैं और वित्तीय नुकसान कराते हैं. हिंसक या आपत्तिजनक कंटेंट को प्रमोट करते हैं. इसका सीधा असर उन कंपनियों पर पड़ेगा जो बिना किसी रेगुलेशन के इस तरह के गेम चला रही हैं.

गौरतलब है कि भारत की ऑनलाइन गेमिंग इंडस्ट्री का आकार करीब 3 बिलियन डॉलर से भी ज्यादा का है. ऐसे में नए कानून से असली कंपनियों को फायदा मिलेगा. साथ ही, विदेशी निवेशकों का भरोसा भी बढ़ेगा, क्योंकि इंडस्ट्री अब एक कानूनी ढांचे में काम करेगी.

What is PM Dhan Dhanya Krishi Krishi Yojana

Actually, the Prime Minister Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY) has been brought during the Union Budget 2025-26. Its purpose will be integrated under 11 central ministries and focusing on 100 agriculture based districts and developed. This scheme will emphasize on promoting the acceptance of sustainable agricultural practices along with crop diversification.

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the selection of these districts has been taken to the areas which do not reach the correct agricultural productivity and loans properly. At least one district has been selected from every state. The Prime Minister will increase storage capacity after harvesting crops, improve irrigation facilities after harvesting and increase agricultural productivity.

20 thousand crores to speed up solar energy

This scheme will be implemented every year with a budget of Rs 24 thousand crore for the next six years. In this, there is an attempt to benefit 1.7 lakh crore farmers through things like crop irrigation, availability of loan, storage infrastructure. Officials say that its purpose is to increase the efficiency and provide the benefits of the schemes till the end at the district level.

An investment of Rs 20,000 crore has been approved by the Union Cabinet to NTPC’s subsidiary NTPC Green Energy Limited, so that green hydrogen, solar energy -based projects can be accelerated. Green energy portfolio is currently operated with a capacity of 6 GE and work is going on to increase its 26GW capacity. But it has been targeted to further 60GW by 2032.

Semiconductor plant in up: The Modi government has approved India’s sixth semiconductor unit in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh. This will be India’s sixth semiconductor unit. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said about the decision taken in the cabinet and said that one of these unit will start production this year.

Ashwini Vaishnav said, ‘So far 5 semiconductor units have been approved under the Semiconductor Mission in India and there is rapid construction work going on there. Production will start in one of these unit this year. In this connection, another super-advanced unit has been approved. It is a joint venture of HCL and Foxconn.

2000 people will get employment

The Union Minister said that 2000 people will get employment due to approval of India’s sixth semiconductor unit in Jewar. He said, “There will be an investment of 3706 crores in the semi-conductor unit. 3.6 crore display driver chip will be made here every month. Its production will start from the year 2027. HCL-Phuxcon semiconductor plant will have manufacturing 20,000 wafers every month at the HCL-Phuxcon semiconductor plant.”

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that Operation Sindoor shows the strength, leadership and role of our army. He said, “Operation Sindoor is a very important example of India’s identity, the role of our armed forces and the decisive leadership and the new theory that has been created. It is actually a commendable thing for the country. Science and technology was also used in Operation Sindoor. Technology gives great strength to India and laying strong foundations for future.”

‘Latest Design Technology Work on’

The Union Minister said, “The semiconductor industry is now taking shape across the country. World-class design facilities have been established in many states across the country. State governments are making vigorous efforts to promote design firms. Students and entrepreneurs are working on world class latest design technology for the development of new products in 270 educational institutions and 70 startups.”

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said, “Laptop, mobile phones, servers, medical equipment, power electronics, defense equipment and consumer electronics manufacturing in India are increasing with the rapid development of semiconductor with the rapid development of manufacturing, this new unit will further pursue PM Modi’s self -reliant India’s attitude.”
