BJP has complained to the Chief Electoral Officer regarding a statement by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. On Monday (November 10, 2025), BJP leader Krishna Kumar Kallu lodged this complaint and said that the allegations made by Tejashwi Yadav against Amit Shah are completely wrong and fabricated.

In the complaint, Krishna Kumar Kallu has said that Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has released a video through his social media. In this, he is accusing the Home Minister of India, Amit Shah, of calling and meeting government officials and employees of the Bihar government while sitting in Bihar. This allegation is completely wrong and fabricated. Efforts are being made to confuse the voters. The image of Home Minister Amit Shah is being tarnished.

BJP leader demanded action

Krishna Kumar Kallu has demanded action on this comment of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav. Also appealed to the Election Commission to seek proof on the allegations made by Tejashwi. If the Leader of the Opposition does not provide any proof then it becomes an allegation of violation of the code of conduct.

What has Tejashwi Yadav said?

Last Sunday (November 09, 2025), Tejashwi Yadav shared a video from his X handle. It was written in the post, “After the first phase, there is a very sad atmosphere in the NDA camp. Due to the fear of defeat, the Home Minister is meeting officials and threatening on phone. He switches off the CCTV of the hotel where he is staying and calls the officials late at night.”

He further wrote, “From the CM residence, without the knowledge of the Chief Minister, the corrupt officer, who is in the clutches of the ED of the Bhunja Party’s friend circle, is calling the officers and giving instructions regarding detaining the Grand Alliance workers till the day of voting by the police, disturbing the strong booths supported by the Grand Alliance. Officers of the relevant range are holding meetings. The change is certain, hence the officers are even sending us the screenshot of the caller.” Along with this, he has written many other things about which a complaint has been made by BJP.

On the Bihar assembly elections, Amit Shah held a meeting with party leaders for about one and a half hours on Friday (September 26, 2025) in the BJP office in Patna. According to sources, Amit Shah said in the meeting that the upcoming Bihar assembly elections will prove to be a messenger not only for Bihar but also for the country. Instructed that from today, give full time to the organization till elections.

In view of the election, he clearly said that do not mean what it is, forget it. Fight Bihar assembly elections like a general worker. Give priority to NDA’s victory only. It is to be seen that the NDA is contesting elections. It is not necessary to see who is the candidate, to win the NDA.

Selection of candidates, election strategy also discussed

In the meeting, the Union Home Minister said that by rising above personal choice and dislikes, every worker has to get strongly preparing for the assembly elections. He took a report from the leaders to the booth level and directed to further activate the organization on the ground. Discussions have also been held on issues like selection of candidates, electoral strategy, strength of the organization.

Review of preparations for assembly elections

Amit Shah reviewed the preparations for Bihar assembly elections through this meeting. Also, after screening across the state, the list of candidates has been handed over to them. The screening of BJP candidates was done two days ago at the state level, the report has been submitted to Amit Shah.

Explain that 40 leaders of national level have been entrusted with the responsibility of different Lok Sabha constituencies. The responsibility of the assembly seats of those areas has been given. The meeting included 40 migrant leaders, regional in -charge, co -in -charge, members of the core committee, election in -charge, MP, MLA, officer, National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh.
