CM Yogi said that Alok Sipahi is a true SP, visuals of Alok Sipahi with Akhilesh Yadav have gone viral, in which he was giving some gifts. CM Yogi Adityanath, while showing a photo in the Assembly, said that the name of Shubham Jaiswal has come up in the action of UP Police in the codeine cough syrup case, who has links with Samajwadi Party, he is the business partner of Amit Yadav. Amit Yadav has been the SP candidate from Cantt, Varanasi. If he is not a candidate then Amit Yadav’s photo is with Akhilesh. Along with this, CM Yogi said that Amit Yadav is associated with Samajwadi Party Yuvjan Sabha, Milind Yadav is also included in this nexus who is close to Shubham Jaiswal. Milind Yadav’s phone number is mentioned in the GST registration of Shaili Traders.

Samajwadi Party had issued license to Vibhor Rana – CM Yogi

CM Yogi said that cases of illegal transactions have also come to light in the accounts of Shubham Jaiswal and his wife from the accounts of Amit Yadav and Milind Yadav. We took action under NDPS Act in codeine case- CM Yogi

CM Yogi said that in the codeine case we have taken action under the NDPS Act and our action is still going on. We have arrested 77 accused so far, no one will be spared. Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak alleged in the Assembly on Monday that before 2017, the Samajwadi Party (SP) government had converted hospitals into stables. Brajesh Pathak said, “No policy was brought by the state government to make the rates of consultation fees and various medical tests etc. of private doctors in the state uniform and to stop their arbitrary increase.”

From 2012 to 2017, there was a government in the state led by Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. Deputy Chief Minister Pathak, who is handling the health and medical department in the state government, was answering the questions of SP members Samarpal Singh and Akhilesh during the question hour of the assembly. SP member Samarpal Singh alleged that the health system of the state has fallen into disrepair and government doctors extort money from patients by treating them at their homes. He pointed out the lack of medical facilities in hospitals.

Deputy CM replied to SP MLA Akhilesh Yadav

SP MLA Akhilesh Yadav from Mubarakpur area of ​​Azamgarh district alleged that patients do not get facilities in hospitals and huge fees are charged in private hospitals. Akhilesh asked in his supplementary question whether the government would make any rules for uniform fees for private hospitals. Brajesh Pathak, replying to Akhilesh, said that medical examination, treatment and medicines are given free of cost in all government hospitals. He gave details of the facilities available in primary health centers, community health centers and district hospitals to government hospitals with high level facilities.

Ayushman card holders are getting benefits

Deputy CM said that free treatment facilities are being provided to the general public in various hospitals established by the state government. He said that under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Ayushman card holders are given free treatment up to the limit of Rs 5 lakh as per the prescribed package in government and private hospitals and senior citizens above 70 years of age are provided medical benefits under Ayushman Vaya Vandan Yojana.

Uttar Pradesh government has won this case in the court. Thirdly, the biggest wholesaler in Uttar Pradesh, who was first caught by the STF, was issued a license by the Samajwadi Party in 2016. Codeine cough syrup is not produced in Uttar Pradesh, it is produced in Madhya Pradesh and other states and cases of death have also occurred in other states, STF is investigating the matter. The deaths that occurred were due to syrup made in Tamil Nadu.

CM Yogi said that no criminal will be spared in this case and bulldozers will also be used against those mafias and then there will be no shouting. CM Yogi said that in the case of codeine cough syrup in Uttar Pradesh, the leaders of opposition parties, whom I believe, should speak the truth at the age of four, but at this age, socialists call them liars.

You have nothing to do with studies – CM Yogi

CM said that this whole matter is not of adulteration, it is of illegal diversion, due to this diversion, these wholesalers transported it to those countries and states where alcohol is prohibited but the drug addicts there have the habit of taking it. There it was misused, even though it cannot be consumed without medical consultation, especially for children. Who has not taken cough syrup? Every person takes it when he has a cough, but only after medical consultation. Since you have nothing to do with studies, that is why you keep shouting.

79 cases registered in codeine case- CM Yogi

In the House, the CM told that the government has taken action in the codeine case and has registered 79 cases in which 225 accused have been named. 78 accused have been arrested so far, raids have been conducted on 134 firms. The more we delve deeper into this, the more the issue arises that somewhere or the other, some leader or person associated with the Samajwadi Party gets caught, whatever illegal transaction happened, also happened through the account of one of your Lohia Vahini leaders. STF is investigating in this, Uttar Pradesh government has won the case in the High Court to run this case under NDPS Act. The winter session of both the houses of Uttar Pradesh Legislature (Assembly and Legislative Council) will start from 19 December 2025. Governor Anandiben Patel has approved this on Friday (December 12).
