These people do not get benefit

In the year 2017, the Chief Minister’s Group Marriage Scheme was started by the Uttar Pradesh government. On behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government, daughters of poor families are given help under this scheme. However, not all families get this help. The UP government has fixed some eligibility for this. Only those who fulfill those eligibility get benefits under this scheme. Those who come from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Minority Classes.

Or those who have a BPL card, they get a benefit of Rs 1 lakh under this scheme. Earlier, the annual income in this scheme should have been up to Rs 2 lakh. But now those with income up to Rs 3 lakh also get benefit. That is, if someone’s income is more than Rs 3 lakh annually, then he will not get the benefit. Apart from this, even if no one comes from the fixed category, he will not get the benefit. And those who are not getting married under the mass marriage scheme also do not get benefit.

To apply under the Chief Minister’s Group Marriage Scheme of the Uttar Pradesh government, you have to go to the UP Government Mass Marriage Scheme Social Welfare Department’s official website https://cmsvy.upsdc.gov.in/index.php. During the application, you will be asked for some important information which you will have to enter and some related documents will be sought which will have to be uploaded to you. In the documents, income certificate, Aadhaar card of the bride and groom who get married, both passport size photo, birth certificate, marksheet of tenth, wedding card, girl’s bank account details will be necessary.
