At the time of measurement, a person riding a Scorpio reached the spot and started abusing while intoxicated.

It is being told that the Scorpio rider made a call and called his friends to the spot. After this, the accused Scorpio rider along with his associates beat Sufiyan and Akram brutally with sticks. Sufiyan died on the spot. Meanwhile, Akram was badly injured.

ASP Dinesh Kumar Singh has informed that the police reached the spot after the incident and have sent Sufiyan’s body for post-mortem.
