The coming days have brought golden opportunities for the youth looking for jobs in Uttar Pradesh. Employment fairs are being organized on a large scale in many districts of the state, where recruitment will be done for thousands of posts. The special thing is that along with freshers, experienced candidates can also participate in these job fairs. Candidates will be able to participate in the interview process by meeting the representatives of the companies directly and will get the opportunity to get the job on the spot.

Employment fairs will be organized in many districts of the state including Amroha, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Agra, Hapur, Jhansi, Mau, Balrampur during the month of May. Recruitment will be done on about 4856 vacant posts through these fairs. In such a situation, this is being considered a golden opportunity for the youth who have been searching for a job for a long time.

Employment fairs will be held in these districts

A job fair will be organized in Amroha on 16 May 2026, where recruitment will be done on about 50 posts. After this, a big employment fair will be organized in Pratapgarh from 18th to 21st May, in which 250 vacancies will be available.

Job fair will also be organized in Jaunpur and Jhansi on 18th May. Recruitment will be done on 304 posts in Jaunpur and 327 posts in Jhansi. On May 19, candidates will be selected for 275 posts in Agra.

20th May is going to be the most special day. On this day, a huge employment fair will be organized in Hapur for 1972 posts. Apart from this, the recruitment process will also continue in Agra, Mau and Balrampur.

On May 21, a job fair will be held in Chitrakoot for 172 posts, while on May 22, youth will get the opportunity to get jobs in Bhadohi and Banda. Recruitment will be done on 550 vacancies in Banda alone.

Employment fairs will also be organized in Hardoi and Amethi on 23rd May. Apart from this, a job fair will be organized once again in Bhadohi on 29th May.

Who can apply?

The minimum age of the candidate to participate in these employment fairs has been fixed at 18 years. Candidates with 10th, 12th, Graduation, ITI, Diploma and other qualifications can apply as per their qualification.

Both fresher and experienced candidates will get a chance to participate in these fairs. Many private companies, institutions and industrial units will complete the selection process by conducting interviews on the spot.

Take important documents with you

Candidates attending the employment fair will have to take the necessary documents with them. These include 10th and 12th marksheet, graduation or other educational certificates, Aadhar card, PAN card, passport size photo and updated CV.

How to register?

To participate in the employment fair, candidates can register online on the UP Rojgar Sangam portal. For those candidates who have not registered in advance, the facility of on-the-spot registration will also be available at the venue.
