The work of issuing advertisements for the recruitment process in different departments is in the final stage. In the year 2026, the police department will issue recruitment advertisement for about 50 thousand posts. Final preparations regarding this have been completed.

In the year 2026, the police department will recruit 30 thousand constables and 5 thousand sub inspector posts. Apart from this, recruitment will also be done on 15 thousand different posts in the department. Similarly, 30-30 staff stay in the call center in three shifts on the first floor of Lucknow DCP South Office. This capacity will be increased and doubled.

Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway work will be completed in February

The work of Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway will be completed in February. This expressway is 63 kilometers long, which is being built at a cost of about Rs 47 hundred crores. After its launch, it will take only 40 minutes to reach Kanpur from Lucknow Airport, whereas at present it takes two to three hours to reach Kanpur from Lucknow.

Police Manthan program was organized in Uttar Pradesh to make law and order, policing and judicial process more effective. He said that security arrangements should be as per the need and not as a status symbol.

Under the structural reform, there is a need to deploy about 50 thousand policemen in police stations, develop different modern police station models, parking, barracks and public service spaces for urban and rural areas.

Describing police behavior reform as a central issue, the CM talked about regular counselling, monitoring of the beat system and linking it with ACR, so that accountability can be fixed.

Awareness regarding cyber crime is necessary

Cyber ​​Crime: The Chief Minister said that convenience has increased due to digital transactions, but frauds like fake calls, asking for OTP and account details have also increased. To stop this, a comprehensive awareness campaign should be conducted in collaboration with BC Sakhi, Banking Correspondent, Beat Police and Mahila Beat.

He said that cyber help desks in the state have increased from 2 to 75 and 1930 helplines have been expanded, but its functionality needs to be further strengthened. In future, emphasis was laid on establishment of cyber headquarters and quick response.

Regarding human resource development and training, the Chief Minister said that till 2017, the police training capacity was limited, which has now been increased to about 60 thousand. This is more than a tenfold increase. He directed that the police line should not be considered merely an administrative unit but should be developed as a public awareness centre.

Police museum, traffic park, cyber facilities and educational resources for children should be developed. It was also mentioned about giving priority to quality in promotion and that till now more than 1.55 lakh policemen have been promoted. Appreciating the work of Vama Sarathi, instructions were given to speed it up further.

In the prosecution and prison session, the Chief Minister said that trained human resources are necessary to make the judicial process fair. Instructions were given to adopt a humanitarian approach in the cases of elderly, women and seriously ill prisoners detained in jail.

At the same time, emphasis was laid on strict surveillance on mafia and organized criminals, production through video conferencing and tight security arrangements. He talked about connecting the products prepared in jail with the market, so that the prisoners can become self-reliant.

Impact of strict law on CCTNS 2.0 and forensics

The Chief Minister said that with the effective use of the Indian Justice Code and forensic evidence, it has now become possible to take decisive action against organized criminals. Instructions were given to strengthen the forensic infrastructure, to provide experts in every district and to advance the big forensic center being developed in Varanasi.

UP government is going to implement a new Unique Property Code System, in which like Aadhaar and Mobile Number, every house, shop and office will get a unique identification of 16 digits. Through this system, the complete record of property tax assessment, collection and pending dues will be available on a single platform. Smart chip number plate will be installed outside every property, so that government officers will get complete details immediately. This will reduce fraud and land related disputes. It will be easy for property owners to check tax details, ownership history and property status. Also, the value of property will increase, it will be easier to take Loan Against Property and urban planning and infrastructure will also improve.

House Ownership Law: It is now going to be easier than ever for the people living in the villages of Uttar Pradesh to build a house and take a bank loan on it. After the passing of UP Rural Population Bill 2025 i.e. Housing Law in the Assembly, a major legal hurdle regarding rural property is going to end. Till now, due to lack of permanent documents for houses built on residential land in villages, there were problems in bank loan, transfer and purchase and sale.

After the implementation of the Gharoni Act, only the Gharoni of houses built in villages will be considered as valid proof of ownership. Now provision for name correction, mistake correction, updating mobile number and address has also been made in Gharauni.

Yogi government has given a big gift to the youth preparing for government jobs in UP before the New Year. Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission i.e. UPSSSC is going to recruit accountants on a large scale. On Tuesday, the Commission has issued an advertisement in this regard.

UPSSSC has released the recruitment notification for 7994 accountant posts in the Revenue Department yesterday. Online applications for this recruitment will be taken from 29th December and the last date for submission of forms has been declared as 28th January. This can be amended till 4th February. The application fee is Rs 25 for all categories.

For the posts of Accountant, candidates will have to submit their applications through the official website of the Commission, upsssc.gov.in. The Commission has already made it clear that only those candidates will be eligible for Lekhpal recruitment who have participated in the PET-2025 examination. This recruitment will be done on the basis of marks of Preliminary Qualification Examination-2025.

Age limit for accountant posts

Out of total 7994 posts of Lekhpal, 4165 posts are unreserved. 1446 posts have been kept for Scheduled Caste, 150 for Scheduled Tribe, 1441 for Other Backward Class and 792 posts for EWS. The age limit for recruitment has been fixed at 18 to 40 years. People belonging to SC/ST and other categories will be given age relaxation as per rules. Candidates availing the benefit of reservation will have to provide relevant documents.

To apply for the post of Lekhpal, intermediate or equivalent educational qualification of the candidates is required and under preferential qualification, minimum two years of service in Territorial Army and B certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC) will have to be given.

Out of the sanctioned amount, Rs 2.70 crore has been allocated to Ramsagar Mishra Joint Hospital, Sadhamau BKT, Rs 1.52 crore to District Women’s Hospital, Balrampur, Rs 1.56 crore to District Hospital Rae Bareli, Rs 1.16 crore to District Joint Hospital Maharajganj.

Meanwhile, Rs 28.55 lakh has been sanctioned to District Joint Hospital, Baghpat, Rs 3.35 lakh to Dewan Shatrughan Singh Joint Hospital, Hamirpur, Rs 8.68 lakh to Women’s Hospital, Haraiya, Basti and Rs 38.96 lakh has been sanctioned to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Joint District Hospital, Etawah. This amount will be spent especially in the development of health related equipment, state-of-the-art testing machines and essential health facilities.

Installation of modern diagnostic equipment in district hospitals will reduce the time of investigation and patients will be able to get cheap and quick treatment. With CT scan, X-ray and other advanced machines, immediate diagnosis of serious cases like cancer or heart disease will be possible and referral cases will reduce. Which will also reduce the pressure of patients on the central hospitals of the state capital, Lucknow and other big cities. Not only this, it will also play an important role in the development of health facilities as per the standards of WHO.

Work on Vision 2047 policy started

This step is part of the comprehensive health policy of UP-2047 vision developed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Under which the government aims to develop state-of-the-art health facilities in every district of UP. In the districts of the state where there is lack of modern health facilities, the district hospitals there have to be equipped with modern technological equipment and diagnostic facilities. So that affordable and modern health facilities can be provided to rural and poor people at the local level.

Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is very serious about the metro rail scheme in the state, now after cities like Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur and Agra, there is a plan to run metro in cities like Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Saharanpur, Meerut, Moradabad, Jhansi, Ayodhya, Mathura-Vrindavan and Aligarh. This plan was placed in the workshop of Vikas Bharat @2047, in which UP Metro Rail Corporation presented its agenda. The corporation estimates that in the next 20 years, 50-50 km metro routes can be expanded in these cities, which will take the total to 1575 km.

This step of Yogi government will bring a revolution in public transport in the state. In this, Lucknow Metro is to be expanded to 225 km. 200 km metro network in Kanpur, similarly construction of 150 km long metro corridor in Noida, Greater Noida, Varanasi and Prayagraj. Along with this, there is a plan to expand 50-50 km metro line in other cities like Bareilly Saharanpur also.

Not only this, a target has been set in the workshop to build 790 km metro track by 2035. This scheme will require an investment of approximately Rs 1527 crore every year.
