Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the provisional answer key of Home Guard Recruitment Examination 2026. Candidates who appeared in the written examination held on 25, 26 and 27 April can now visit the official website to check their answer keys and estimate the probable marks. Also, if there is any doubt regarding any question or answer, the facility to register objection has also been made available to the candidates. This objection window has opened from 7th May and will remain active till midnight of 10th May 2026.

The Recruitment Board has made it clear that to see the answer key, candidates will have to login to the website. For this, roll number, date of birth and question booklet number will be required. After login, candidates can see the answer key as per their exam shift and paper set. This will make it easier for them to match their right and wrong answers.

Register objection like this

If a candidate feels that the answer to any question has been given wrong or there is an error in the options, he/she can file an objection along with evidence. For this, a separate portal has also been made available, where objection can be lodged on the related question by logging in. The Board has clarified that only the objections made with proof will be considered. No objection will be accepted after the prescribed time limit.

When was the exam conducted?

This written examination under Home Guard Enrollment-2025 was conducted on 25, 26 and 27 April 2026. The examination was conducted in two shifts on all three days. A large number of candidates took the examination at examination centers across the state. Strict arrangements were made to maintain security and transparency during the examination.

What to do when a problem arises?

Some candidates may face technical problems in filing objection online. In such a situation, the recruitment board has also provided the facility of helpline and email. Candidates can take help by sharing their name, registration number, roll number, exam center details, exam date and shift information before May 10. How many posts will be recruited?

A total of 41,424 Home Guard posts will be selected through this recruitment drive. After reviewing the objections received on the answer key, the board will release the final answer key. On the basis of this, the exam result will be prepared and then the list of selected candidates will be released.
