Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has released the result of the written examination for direct recruitment 2025 for Police Sub Inspector, Civil Police and equivalent posts. Candidates can check the result by visiting the official website of the board uppbpb.gov.in and entering their registration number and date of birth. DV PST will be conducted in May and PET in June for successful candidates.

Along with releasing the result of written examination of UP Police SI Recruitment 2026, UPPBPB has also declared the cutoff of various categories. Candidates successful in the written examination will now have to participate in the process of document verification, physical standard test and physical test. Along with this, the board has also released the final answer key.

The cutoff for general category was the highest.

This time the cutoff for general category was recorded the highest in the UP Police SI recruitment exam. The cutoff for unreserved category candidates has been fixed at 369.87854 marks, while for female candidates it is 360.50336 marks. A separate cutoff has been set for the dependents of freedom fighters and ex-servicemen categories.

Cutoff of EWS and OBC category

The cutoff for Economically Weaker Section i.e. EWS candidates has been fixed at 364.41142 marks. For female candidates, it was 353.22001 marks. Whereas the cutoff for Other Backward Class i.e. OBC candidates was 364.56024 marks. Selection for female candidates has been done at 353.76545 marks.

What is the cutoff for SC and ST categories?
The cutoff for Scheduled Caste i.e. SC category candidates has been set at 350.91474 marks. The cutoff for female candidates was 337.94120 marks. In the Scheduled Tribe i.e. ST category, the general cutoff has been fixed at 334.65475 marks, whereas for female candidates it was 306.91905 marks.

Separate cutoff for women battalion
A separate cutoff has also been issued for the post of Female Sub Inspector Civil Police in Mahila Battalion. The cutoff of female candidates of freedom fighters dependent category was 266.40593 marks, while the female candidates of ex-servicemen category were selected at 223.48777 marks.

The recruitment board has also released the final answer key along with the result and cutoff. Candidates can download their answer key from the official website till 14 May 2026. With this, candidates will be able to match their answers.
