Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued PET Admit Card 2025. Candidates who are going to appear in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) this year, can now download their admit card by visiting the official website upsssc.gov.in. For this, they have to enter their registration ID/application number and date of birth/password.

This time the PET exam will be held on 6 and 7 September 2025. The exam will be taken in two shifts – the first shift from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 5 pm. This exam will be conducted in offline mode in many districts across the state.

UP PET exam is conducted for the recruitment of Group C posts. This exam is just a qualifying test, but it is necessary to pass the PET to sit in all the further group C recruitment examinations. That is, this is the first and most important phase in UP government jobs.

City Intemission Slip

Prior to the examination, the Commission has also released City Intemission Slip for PET 2025. In this, the candidate’s examination has been given the address of the city and center, so that they can complete their journey and preparation in advance. However, this is only for information, the real admit card will have to be downloaded separately.

Exam pattern

The UP PET exam will be based OMR. It will have a total of 100 questions and will get 1 marks for each correct answer. There will be a cut of 0.25 points on the wrong answer. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours and the question paper will be available in both Hindi and English languages.
