The circumambulation and rotation of the planets present in our solar system has its own different time. The Earth completes a rotation or rotation in a certain time on its axis. Similarly, other planets of the solar system also revolve on their axis in a certain time. It is decided by how long it can be on a planet one day. It was a challenge for scientists to detect a period of one day for the planet Uranus of the solar system. After all, now space scientists have accurately guessed how many hours it is on Uranus.

The length of the day on Uranus has come out less than the day of the Earth. One day length on Earth is called 24 hours. But a day’s length on Uranus is more than 17 hours. Report According to, space scientists explored the decades of data collected by the Hubble Space Telescope, which found out that one day on Uranus is 17 hours, 14 minutes, and 52 seconds long. NASA’s spacecraft Voyager 2 also estimated its time in the 1980s. The time mentioned by Voyager 2 was 28 seconds less than this. That is, according to the latest data, Uranus takes 28 seconds more to complete a rotation. This estimate has been measured by measuring the magnetic field of the planet and the radio waves coming from there.

According to the report, a team led by Laurent Lammy in Paris Observatorry in France examined the ten -year record of Orora observation. Through the investigation, the team detected the magnetic poles of the planet. Such a long observation gave information about the exact rotating period of the planet. That is, Uranus takes about 84 Earth years to revolve around the Sun. This planet takes 84 years to make a round of the sun, in which a whole life of a person can pass.

It was nothing short of a challenge for scientists to find out this time. Because unlike Mars and Earth, there are severe storms going on here. Due to which it becomes more difficult to identify the rotation time of the largest planets of the solar system. The report further stated that Uranus effectively “lying down” compared to the Earth. During this time its magnetic poles form a huge circle. That is, the Earth rotates a little on its axis, but Uranus lies more than that.
