Talks are once again going on between America and Iran. The American delegation will reach Pakistan on Monday (April 20). According to current information, a US VVI aircraft has landed at Noor Khan airbase. However, Iran is not ready for talks this time. According to Al Jazeera’s report, Iran has indicated that it has no plans to talk to the US at present.

Just before the second round of talks, Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir called President Donald Trump. Munir told Trump that the American blockade in the Strait of Hormuz is causing problems in talks with Iran. Trump told Munir that he would think about it. However, Iran from its side has not yet confirmed the renegotiation.

Iran has no intention of renegotiating

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghai said, ‘There are currently no plans for a second round of talks with America and now nothing has been decided about when the talks will take place.’

What did Trump say on re-negotiations with Iran?

While talking to ‘Fox News’ on Sunday, the US President said, ‘Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are leaving for West Asia. Their meeting will start on Tuesday morning. This is a very simple agreement, they have agreed on most of its points. The two-week ceasefire agreement signed between America and Iran on April 8 will end on April 22.

Let us tell you that during the first round of talks between America and Iran, consensus could not be reached on many issues. Iran is adamant on the issue of Strait of Hormuz and uranium enrichment.
