According to the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, Netanyahu will raise the issue of Iran’s ballistic missile program and its affiliated organizations operating in the region in this meeting. Criticizing Israel’s stance, Iran said that on one hand Israel is increasing its weapons stockpile and on the other hand it is pressurizing other countries in the region for disarmament.

According to the US Central Command, this visit reflects America’s military presence in the region.
