The US Supreme Court has declared Trump’s tariffs illegal, after which President Donald Trump’s first reaction has come to light. Trump has condemned the Supreme Court’s decision and called it shameful. However, till now no formal comment has come from the White House on this decision.

NBC News quoted sources as saying that the US President was meeting with a group when the Supreme Court’s decision regarding tariffs came. Terming this decision as shameful, he told the people present there that he had an alternative plan.

What did the Supreme Court comment?

The court said in its decision that President Trump violated his jurisdiction while imposing tariffs on more than 100 countries. They imposed the tariffs under a law designed for use in national emergencies. According to the US Constitution, the right to impose taxes and tariffs rests not with the President but with the Congress (Parliament). However, Trump used tariffs as a major economic and foreign policy tool. He described these tariffs as important for American economic security. Apart from this, Trump had predicted that without tariffs the country would be ruined.

Court gave its decision on tariff by 6-3

This historic decision of the Supreme Court has come by 6-3. Trump is the first President who imposed tariffs on more than 100 countries citing an emergency law of the 1970s. Not only this, he also made trade deals with many countries by threatening tariffs. The word ‘tariff’ is not mentioned anywhere in this law. Writing the decision on behalf of the majority, Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said that this law does not give the President the authority to impose tariffs.

What will be Trump’s next step?

This matter first went to the lower courts, from where Trump got a setback. After that the Trump administration had approached the Supreme Court. Now here too Trump has had to face defeat. Now it remains to be seen what Trump’s next step will be to defend the tariffs.

Us china slash tariffs: After a high -level talks between the two economic superpowers of the world, the US and China put a brake on a mutual confrontation on Wednesday. Both countries announced a huge cut in tariffs up to 115 percent for 90 days over each other. Both Washington and Beijing agreed to temporarily stop the trade war, which caused chaos in the world around the world and the supply of goods at the international level was very badly affected.

After two -day intensive talks in Geneva, the US agreed to reduce the tariff from 145 percent to 30 percent on goods imported from China to 30 percent. On the other hand, China also announced to reduce the tariff rate from 125 percent to 10 percent. After the tariff cut, these new rates will also be applicable in Washington from midnight on Wednesday. This cut in tariff is considered an important step towards reducing tension between the two countries.

What came out in the conversation?

In an interview to Fox News just before the announcement in tariff rates between the US and China, President Trump said on Tuesday that Washington has prepared the entire blueprint to do a very strong trade deal with China. The interesting thing in this is that after this, China’s economy will open for American business. Trump further said that along with this, we are also trying to open the economy here for the business of China.

Earlier, Trump’s hard tariff policy had the worst impact on China’s economy. However, Beijing had also increased the counter duty to 100 % by reversing Washington. This tariff of Trump increased the troubles of those American companies which were producing in China.

Is the trade war over?

In such a situation, the question is arising that now due to which there was tension between the two countries, it is now over? The answer is- no. Despite the reduced tension between the US and China, the issues of dispute still remain. The rates of tariffs installed by America are higher than China. Washington leveled 20 percent additional charge, because Trump complained that imported chemicals from China are used to make medicines.

Washington has been accused of Phantyle Trade for a long time on behalf of Washington, which Beijing has been refusing. On the one hand, while the US has indicated further talks on this issue, on the other hand, Beijing has warned Washington to stop making allegations. In such a situation, experts believe that after this warning of Beijing, the tariff of 90 days, that time, the time can again create a situation of uncertainty again.

China warning on us tarifs: On the other side of the trade war between the US and China, Beijing continues warning for countries that want to sign any kind of business agreement with Washington. This threat has been given by China at a time when the report came that the Trump administration wants to interact with those countries who are under heavy pressure due to tariffs and want to separate China from it.

On the one hand, while President Trump imposed a tariff of 10 percent on the rest of the countries around the world, the tariff on many goods in China increased to 145 percent. Beijing also took retaliation and put up a tariff of up to 125 on American goods.

The Donald Trump administration said that many countries are talking to the US to reduce tariffs. But on Monday, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said that they fully oppose the American’s comprehensive economic agreement of other countries, as they are against its interests. A spokesman for the Ministry of Beijing Commerce said in a statement- appeasement will not bring peace and compromise cannot be respected.

Beijing said that fulfilling the selfish interest of another at the cost of the interests of another… This mentality will harm both and will harm others. The spokesman said that China opposed any agreement against the interests of Beijing. If such a situation is born, China will never accept it and retaliation will be taken.

Beijing has also criticized the US to put the first tariff on top of the business partner countries and then pressurize it. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce further stated that Beijing is fully capable of protecting its interests and rights and wants to further strengthen it with all sides.

US tariff news: US President Donald Trump’s strict tariff policy once again shook the stock market around the world on Monday (April 7). Trump said that foreign governments will have to pay a lot of money to remove this tax. Although initially there was an indication that tariffs could be stopped for some time, which gave some relief to the US stock market, but later the White House also released a statement about it.

Stock markets of Asia and Europe also declined a huge decline and oil prices also went down. Investors are afraid that the tax that Trump is calling a ‘medicine’, he may actually make things expensive, reduce demand and perhaps lead the whole world towards economic recession. Apart from this, trade war can also start all over the world. & Nbsp;

 White House reported fake news

The start of the US stock market saw a decline, but there was a slight improvement after a statement by the White House advisor Kevin Haset. He told CNBC that Trump is considering stopping tariffs for 90 days for all countries (except China). But later the White House called this statement ‘fake news’, which caused the stock market to fall again.

 EU proposed ‘Zero-for-Zero’ tariff

The European Union (EU) is not yet unanimous on how strictness should be shown against America. But he has said that he is ready for talks and if needed, he will also answer. European Commission Chairman Ursula von Der Leyen said that EU has made a proposal to the US, which has asked to impose zero tax (zero-for-georo) on both sides.

‘Abhi bad time is to come’

Goldman Sachs has said that the possibility of recession in America has now increased by 45% in the next 12 months. Economists of JP Morgan believe that these tariffs (tax) may have a decline of 0.3% in the US economy, while earlier they had estimated a 1.3% increase.

Connecticut’s Dakota Wealth Management Company Senior Portfolio Manager Robert Pavlicic said, "People are afraid that the worst time is yet to come. They are worried about further decline in the market."

 US Tariffs: US President Donald Trump took a big step on Thursday, which he was already warning. He announced to impose new taxes (tariffs) on many countries around the world, including India. This decision of Trump has increased the possibility of trading war broke out. & Nbsp;

Speaking at the Rose Garden of the White House, Trump said on Wednesday that this is a declaration of independence for America. He informed that now a new tax of minimum 10 percent will be imposed. Trump, while announcing his new tax (tariff), included friends and enemies, all countries. This decision angered America’s business partners and said to reply.

Prime Minister of Australia expressed resentment

Australia Prime Minister Anthony Albanese reacted strongly to this. He said that no such friend does. Expressing displeasure over the strict rules leveled on beef imports from Australia, he said that American people will have to pay a heavy price for this wrong decision.

Australia Prime Minister Albanese said that the biggest loss of this tariff of Trump will be to the American people themselves. However, he also made it clear that his government will not impose new tax in return, because it will increase inflation and economic growth will slow down.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said this said

At the same time, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney pledged to fight against Trump’s tariff. He said that this decision can completely change the global trade system. Carney said to take necessary steps in response.

UK, Germany and Ireland preparations for the retaliation

Britain’s Prime Minister Kir Stmper reacted strongly to Trump’s new tariff. He said that trade war is not in the benefit of anyone. Speaking in Parliament, he said that his government is ready for every situation and no option will be rejected.

Germany warned that the trade war would harm both sides. At the same time, Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said that his country will protect its companies and employees and will continue to support an open global economy. The Ireland trade minister said that his country and the European Union are ready to solve this problem through talks with America.

& nbsp; Italy, France and Brazil also released the statement

Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, considered close to Trump, spoke of working closely with Trump to stop the trade war.
Us tariff: A good news related to tariffs for India has come from America. According to the report, the US has indicated to keep India in a separate category tariff from China, Mexico and Canada. For the first time between India and America, the trade agreement started face to face in the national capital Delhi for the first time. During this time, the concerned American officials indicated to their Indian counterparts that in terms of tariffs, India will not be treated like China, Mexico and Canada.

Now focus on the matter, officers of both countries

The meeting between the business officials of the two countries was held at a time when the recipe of US President Donald Trump is going to be implemented from April 2. Trump launched a trade war with China after taking over the President for the second time in January this year. Also announced tariffs on Canada and Mexico. In this three -day dialogue between India and America in Delhi, both countries will focus on a framework that will benefit both.

America is a special relationship with India

Let us know that this meeting between the officials of the two countries is being held recently after the US visit of Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal. Here he met American trade representative Zamison Greyer and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik regarding the Indo-US Trade Agreement (BTA). According to the report of Hindustan Times, an official who has been aware of this conversation has said, “It has now been completely clear that America does not see India by associating with countries like China, Mexico and Canada.”

Discussion on ‘Indo-US Fast Track Mechanism’ on Wednesday began on Wednesday among the US team chaired by Brendan Lynch, an Indian officer and USA’s Assistant Trade Representative, headed by Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Rajesh Aggarwal. The report said that the framework of the bilateral trade agreement (BTA) is expected to be finalized by Friday.
