The ceasefire between Iran and America has reached the verge of breaking. The US Army has attacked Iranian military bases twice in the last 24 hours, after which the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has attacked American bases from Bahrain to Kuwait with missiles and drones. He has also warned that any military action by America will be given a befitting reply.

The Iranian Navy issued a statement saying, ‘Its Navy and Air Force conducted a joint operation between 2 am and 3 am local time on Sunday, in which ballistic missiles and drones were fired at eight US military bases, including Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait and the headquarters of the US 5th Fleet in Port Salman, Bahrain.’ Iran said that this military operation was carried out in response to the recent American attacks.

The enemy has a habit of breaking promises – IRGC

The IRGC said, ‘The attacking enemy, whose habit is to break promises and violate agreements, attacked five coastal posts of the Islamic Republic this morning. This attack was carried out under the pretext of action taken by the IRGC Navy against a ship violating the rules.

Strict rules for ships passing through Hormuz- IRGC

Iran also said that it will make the rules for ships passing through Hormuz more stringent. “From now on, offending vessels will be dealt with more strictly than ever before,” it said. Any future enemy aggression, regardless of its pretext, will be met with a befitting reply – even if, as in last night’s and tonight’s attacks, it targets low-value targets.

Iran cited Islamabad agreement

IRGC, citing Islamabad Agreement, accused America of breaking the ceasefire. He said, ‘The enemy should know that violation of ceasefire is a violation of the first clause of the Islamabad MoU and this will lead to complete suspension of all processes.’

Trump had threatened Iran

President Donald Trump had threatened Iran after the US military action. He said that American planes have attacked Iran’s missile, drone stockpiles and radar sites for repeatedly violating the ceasefire agreement. Trump said that if Iran does not stop its actions, America will take further major military action. He warned that if this happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran may cease to exist.
