Uttarakhand paranormal winds: Mysterious upper winds have always been mentioned in local folklore and beliefs in Uttarakhand. Local people believe that the upper winds and the paranormal phenomena associated with them are believed to be the abode of forest fairies and divine spirits named Aachari or ‘Bharadi’.

Such mysterious concepts are quite prevalent in Uttarakhand, mainly in the Khait Parvat area of Tehri district, which is also called the land of fairies by the local people.

Mysterious aspect of upper winds in local folklore of Uttarakhand

fairyland

According to the folklore of Uttarakhand, it is believed that 9 sisters reside on the 9 peaks of Khait mountain, whom the local people call Aanchhari or Forest Goddess. These sisters live invisibly on the nine peaks of Khait Mountain.

Local people believe that these divine spirits protect the surrounding areas and villages.

These mysterious upper winds of Uttarakhand are often seen as a sign of the presence or departure of fairies. Local people say that sometimes they associate the rustling of the wind and the sound of girls laughing at night with fairies.

Rules to protect against mysterious powers

In places where there are such folk beliefs, it is important to follow some rules. According to beliefs, if anyone violates these rules, the fairies harm him. Apart from this, she also takes him with her to the fairy world.

Local people also say that it is not considered appropriate to wear bright and gaudy clothes in such hilly areas, because doing so attracts negative energy.

Even today, there are many places in Uttarakhand where stopping or making noise after sunset is prohibited, because that time is considered to be filled with negative energy and fairies. It is also said in local stories that if someone takes the fruits or flowers grown on Khait mountain down with him, they can immediately wither and spoil.

Far from being a mere meteorological phenomenon, the upper winds of Uttarakhand symbolize an ancient spiritual connection between nature and man, where local forces make their presence felt through natural phenomena.

If you are preparing to visit Uttarakhand then now it is going to become more expensive for you. Because, the state government is preparing to impose green cess tax on vehicles coming from other states. This tax can start from the second week of December. Under this, vehicles coming from other states will have to pay green sense tax. This tax will be automatically deducted from the fast tags of vehicles coming from other states.

Uttarakhand’s Additional Transport Commissioner SK Singh said that the entire process of collecting this green cess tax will be done through ANPR cameras. These vehicles have been placed in different categories, according to which the rates of green cess tax have also been fixed. If a vehicle enters the state twice in a day, this tax will not be collected the second time.

These vehicles will have to pay this much tax

According to the Transport Department, Rs 80 will be charged as green cess tax on four wheelers. Whereas green sense tax will be levied at Rs 250 per day on delivery vans, Rs 120 per day on heavy vehicles, Rs 140 on buses and Rs 140 to 700 on trucks depending on its size. This tax will be valid for 24 hours. According to the department, this will generate revenue of around Rs 100-150 crore to the state government every year.

Many vehicles have also been kept separate from the scope of this tax. This green cess tax will not be imposed on two-wheelers coming from other states. Electric and CNG vehicles have also been exempted. Whereas government vehicles, fire brigade vehicles, ambulances etc. will also not have to pay this tax. Earlier it was scheduled to start from December 1, but due to some technical reasons it may get delayed.

ANPR cameras will keep an eye on

According to the Transport Department, this entire process will be state-of-the-art and transparent. This work will be handled by a private company. This company has marked 16 points on the borders of Uttarakhand. ANPR cameras i.e. Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras have been installed at these places. These cameras will identify vehicles from other states and automatic tax will be deducted through Fast Tag.

The state government says that the revenue that will be received from this tax. It will be used for air pollution control, road safety and urban transport improvement in the state. Which will also help the state in doing other development work.

Due to the cyclonic storm Montha formed in the Bay of Bengal, changes in weather were seen from Andhra Pradesh to Uttar Pradesh. Rain was seen in many states of North India in the beginning of November, but now the weather seems to be normal. Cold has started increasing in the capital Delhi. Fog has started in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in the morning and evening. Apart from this, there is a possibility of cold wave in the mountains.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of severe cold in Delhi-NCR on Monday night (November 3), because the minimum temperature of Delhi today is expected to be 14 degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of rain in many parts of NCR including Delhi on Tuesday. Strong winds have started blowing in Delhi-NCR at the speed of 24 km per hour to 30 km per hour. However, despite these strong winds, there does not seem to be any major change in the pollution of Delhi NCR.

Fog will increase in UP now
After Montha, now the process of rain and wind has stopped in Uttar Pradesh. However, now fog has started occurring late at night and in the morning. After November 3, there is no possibility of fog for the next few days. The weather is likely to remain clear in the state till November 8. Due to the changed weather after the rains in the capital Lucknow, the timing of schools has been changed.

The weather will be dry in the western and eastern parts of the state today. During this period, there is a possibility of moderate fog at some places. However, there is no possibility of rain anywhere in the state during this period, nor is there any possibility of strong wind. There are chances of clear weather in the state on 5th and 6th November also. The weather is expected to remain clear in the state on 7th and 8th November.

Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that after the cyclone, there is no possibility of rain in the state for the next one week, although mist and fog conditions are likely to persist in the morning. He said that in the last 48 hours, an increase of 6 to 8 degrees Celsius has been recorded in the maximum temperature, due to which the temperature has now reached close to normal.

How will the weather be in Bihar?
Talking about Bihar adjacent to UP, there is a possibility of clear sky in entire Bihar on 3rd and 4th November. There is a possibility of a new system forming in the Bay of Bengal between 5th and 7th November. Although this system will remain weak, due to this, light and sporadic rain may again be seen in some areas of Bihar.

cold wave in the mountains
The weather has started changing in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand. The cold will increase due to fog in the plains, while the cold wave in the mountains will be freezing cold. There are chances of snowfall in the high altitude areas of the hilly districts on November 4 and 5. According to the Meteorological Center, light fog may occur in the plains today, while there is a possibility of cold wave in the mountainous areas. However, the weather will remain dry across the state.

Today is a special day for India. Three states of the country, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand have completed 25 years of their establishment. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the people of these three states and other states on their Foundation Day.

During the inauguration of ‘Shanti Shikhar’ of Brahma Kumari organization in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, PM Modi said that the development of the country is possible only through the development of the state and with this mantra, India is moving towards becoming a developed nation. The Prime Minister said that the concept of world peace is part of India’s core thinking. He said, “We are those who see Shiva in every living being and everything in ourselves.” He told that the basic feeling of Indian culture is world welfare and goodwill.

Prime Minister Modi said this big thing

Prime Minister Modi said that today when any crisis or disaster occurs in the world, India is the first to reach out for help. He said, “India always plays the role of first responder.” Praising the Brahma Kumari organization, PM Modi said that this organization is infusing spiritual power in India’s Developed India campaign. He told that he has been associated with this organization for the last several decades.

He recalled that he has been continuously participating in the ‘Future of Power’ program in Ahmedabad in 2011, the 75th anniversary of the organization in 2012, the Prayagraj program in 2013 and the events organized in Mount Abu and Gujarat. He said, “I am not a guest here, I am yours.” PM Modi further said, “Change happens only when one’s words are reflected in one’s actions. This is the real source of spiritual strength of the Brahma Kumaris organization. Here, every sister first improves herself through deep penance and spiritual practice. Your first Namaste is ‘Om Shanti’.

No matter what the work is, every person deserves respect. In such a situation, if self-respect is hurt then it is necessary to respond to it. A person from Dehradun, Uttarakhand also did something similar. The person shared a screenshot of a WhatsApp chat with his manager on social media, which went viral in no time.

Boss apologized

The matter was such that the man’s manager was apologizing to him for something that had happened the day before. From the looks of it, he probably had said something that was objectionable and the manager was afraid that his team members might take it personally. It was clear from the conversation between the two that the man did not reach the office the next day due to feeling bad about something said by the boss.

On this, the boss apologized to him and messaged him, “Brother, I am sorry again for yesterday. Don’t feel bad or take it personally. I am always with you.” When there was no response to this message, the manager wrote again, “It’s evening, brother, where are you?”

a man who sticks to his guns

Responding to the message, the man wrote, “Enough sir. I am sending you a resignation mail. I will not work here.” The boss further asked if they could talk, but the answer was ‘no’. This post went viral rapidly. Most people took the employee’s side and praised him for taking care of his self-respect.

Uttarakhand Green Cess: Many people go to visit Uttarakhand. Especially after the beginning of winter...

Uttarakhand Green Cess: Many people go to visit Uttarakhand. Especially after the beginning of winter when the weather is clear and favorable for tourism. Many passengers come in their own vehicles. Be it bike or car. Recently the state government has taken a new step regarding environment and cleanliness and has decided to implement green cess. This tax will be effective from December 2025.

It is estimated that this will generate additional revenue of Rs 100-150 crore every year. The purpose of this tax is to reduce air pollution in the state, ensure environmental protection and promote cleanliness in public places. The tax rate varies according to the type of vehicle. This question is also coming in the mind of many people whether they will have to pay green cess even if they go by bike. Know the answer.

Will bikers also have to pay green cess?

Uttarakhand government has implemented green cess for vehicles coming from outside the state. However, the Uttarakhand government has made it clear that some vehicles have been completely exempted from green tax. This also includes two-wheelers i.e. bikes. If you go to Uttarakhand by bike then you will not need to pay this tax.

Also read: How to immediately identify whether there is a hidden camera in a hotel room or not

Apart from this, electric and CNG vehicles, vehicles registered in the state and vehicles engaged in emergency services like ambulances and fire engines are also included in the exemption. If a vehicle re-enters the state within 24 hours, it will not have to pay tax again. This means that small passengers, local people and tourists coming by bike will not be affected by this tax.

How to pay green cess?

Talking about how much money will have to be paid in green cess, the tax on small vehicles has been fixed at Rs 80, buses at Rs 140, goods vehicles at Rs 250 and trucks at Rs 120 to Rs 700 depending on their weight. ANPR cameras have now been installed on the state borders in Uttarakhand for tax collection. Which will record the number of every entering vehicle. Earlier 16 cameras were working.

Also read: This is the most accurate way to get a confirmed ticket on IRCTC, know the useful thing

Now their number has been increased to 37 so that data recording and monitoring becomes better. This data will be sent to a private vendor company. Which will identify vehicles from outside states and their NPCI wallet number. After this, green tax will be automatically deducted and deposited directly into the account of the transport department. This means that the vehicle owner will not need to stand at any counter or make manual payment. The entire process will be digital.

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has once again reached the plains of Uttarakhand. This time he had darshan of Lord Rudranath and shared a glimpse of his spiritual journey on social media.

Sara first meditated on Baba Kedar in Kedarnath Dham, after which she reached Rudranath Dham after completing a difficult trek of about 20 kilometers.

Sara also encouraged ‘Vocal for Local’

Sara’s journey was not limited only to religious faith, but she also experienced the natural beauty, folk culture and traditional food of Uttarakhand.

While interacting with the local people, Sara also encouraged the ‘Vocal for Local’ campaign. They tasted the traditional cuisine of Uttarakhand, which included nutritious Pahari dishes like Koda-Jangore.

Sara Ali Khan also met the local people openly

Sara was seen in a very simple style in her photos and videos shared on social media. Sometimes she was seen worshiping in the temple premises, and sometimes smilingly talking to local women. He also showed his affinity towards the culture of Uttarakhand by getting himself photographed in Pahari attire.

Sara Ali Khan is often known for her spiritual journeys and connection with nature. Even before this she had visited Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham. This time during the Rudranath Yatra, his spontaneous and emotional appearance won the hearts of the people. The local people were also impressed by his simple behaviour.

This journey of Sara not only became a symbol of reverence and devotion, but also brought inspirational messages for Uttarakhand’s tourism, culture and “Vocal for Local” initiative.

Sara Ali Khan’s work front

Recently Sara Ali Khan was seen in ‘Metro These Days’. Before this, she had also played an important role in Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahadia’s ‘Sky Force’. In the coming days, Sara will be seen in ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh 2’.
