Rajasthan Royals FIR Vaibhav Sooryavanshi: Rajasthan Royals seem to be in big trouble amid IPL 2026. There has been a threat of FIR because of the team’s young batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi. This threat has reportedly been given by social activist CM Shivkumar Nayak. So let us know what is the whole matter and why the team got the threat of FIR.

Actually, Shivkumar Nayak has threatened to file an FIR against the team while mentioning ‘child labour’. Let us tell you that Vaibhav is only 15 years old. Due to the age of the player, the social worker believes that the team is making Vaibhav do child labour. How can a 15 year old boy be made to play in such a big league? Vaibhav should focus on studies at that age.

While debating on a Kannada news channel, Shivakumar Nayak said, “This 15-year-old Rajasthan Royals player Vaibhav Suryavanshi is being exploited. He is just a kid, just 15 years old and he has been brought to the IPL to play professional cricket. This is nothing but child labour. How can they feed a minor boy in such a big league? He should focus on his studies, go to school and complete his education, not at this young age I should play cricket.”

Shivkumar Nayak further said, “I strongly condemn this and will file a police complaint or legal case against Rajasthan Royals management for violation of child rights and child labor laws. Don’t let this boy play IPL cricket, this is child labour, he should study.”

Vaibhav is getting Rs 1.1 crore for playing IPL

Rajasthan Royals is paying Vaibhav a salary of Rs 1.1 crore every season to play in IPL. The franchise had played its part in Vaibhav’s last season i.e. 2025 IPL.
