Gayle also became a fan of Vaibhav after this explosive innings, he made a big prediction about the 15-year-old batsman. Chris Gayle had hit 59 sixes in 2012, since then he was at number one in terms of hitting most sixes in a season. On Wednesday, Vaibhav Suryavanshi broke this record, he now has a total of 65 sixes. Chris Gayle shared another story on Instagram, in which the records made by Vaibhav Suryavanshi were given. He wrote with it, “Outstanding Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the new six machine of IPL.”

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has become the uncapped player who has scored the most runs and has also become the batsman who has hit the most sixes in the playoff match. He is the first batsman to score 600 runs at a strike rate of more than 200. Apart from this, he has also become the batsman to hit the most sixes in the powerplay, he hit 8 sixes in the powerplay in the eliminator on Wednesday.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi hit 12 sixes in his innings of 97 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the eliminator match, that is, he scored 72 runs with just sixes. Joffra Archer took 3 wickets in powerplay

After the stormy innings of Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Joffra Archer wreaked havoc with the ball. He gave a great start to his team by dismissing the top-3 batsmen (Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Travis Head) in the powerplay, if SRH’s top order had held on then the target of 244 would not have been too big for them.
