The BCCI has announced the Indian Under-19 team for the tour of Australia on Wednesday. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has also been selected for the tour of Australia after a strong performance on the England tour. This tour will be a big opportunity for young players to show their talent. Under the captaincy of Ayush Mhatre, the BCCI selected 17 players in the team and also announced the names of 5 standby players.

In this tour to be held in September, the Indian Under-19 team will play 3 ODIs and 2 multi-day matches with Australia Under-19 team. Multi -day match will be 4 days. The first match will be held on 21 September. The last match on this tour will be played between October 7 and October 10. Vaibhav Suryavanshi was selected for the tour of England after a brilliant performance in the IPL, where he performed historically and made several records.

How was Vaibhav Suryavanshi performed in England for the tour of Australia?

Vaibhav has so far scored 100 in 5 first class matches, 132 in List A matches and 265 in 8 T20s. He played 7 matches (5 ODIs and 2 Tests) with the England Under-19 team, in which he scored a total of 445 runs. It also includes a historic innings of 143 runs, which he played in just 78 balls.
