Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali Khan has announced his next film before Friendship Day. The filmmaker will work on a new drama film named ‘Side Heroes’. The film will feature Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana and Varun Sharma in the lead roles.

In this film, these three actors will be seen on screen together for the first time. Imtiaz Ali and Mahavir Jain Films are working together on this project. The name of the film is ‘Side Heroes’, whose story will be based on friendship, old memories and life’s happiness again.

The story of the film is of three childhood friends, who are found in a reunion after many years. After not talking to each other for a long time, when they meet, a new journey begins with laughter and feelings in their life. During this meeting, they understand the real meaning of happiness. This film will be emotional as well as fun.

The film is being directed by Sanjay Tripathi, while the script Siddharth Sen and Pankaj Matta have written together.

Producers Mahavir Jain and Mrigdeep Singh Lamba have expressed enthusiasm about this project. He said, “The stories that are told from the heart and reach the heart, we always like it. He further said that he is excited to work with talented actors and crew for this film. The film is being made in collaboration with Window Seat Films with Laika Productions and Mahavir Jain Films. Shooting of ‘Side Heroes’ is going to start soon.
