Prasar Bharati has released new recruitment notification for 2025. Prasar Bharati has invited applications for various posts including Guest Coordinator, Broadcast Executive, Videographer and Copy Editor. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Prasar Bharti, avedan.prasarbharati.org. A total of 14 posts will be filled under this recruitment, which includes four posts of Guest Coordinator, two posts of Broadcast Executive, four posts of Videographer and four posts of Copy Editor. All recruitments will be done on contractual basis.

Qualification for copy editor

Candidates applying for the post of Copy Editor in the applications issued by Prasar Bharati must have a degree or PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication or related field from a recognized university. Besides, it is also necessary for the candidates to have good command over both Hindi and English languages. The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in the relevant field. Apart from this, the selected candidates will be given a salary of up to Rs 80,000 per month and this appointment will be on contractual basis for 1 year.

Qualification for Videographer

Prasar Bharati has invited applications for four posts of videographer. In these applications, the candidate should have a degree or diploma in cinematography or videography from a recognized institute after 12th. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operating 4K and DSLR cameras, mobile journalism and short film making. Also, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience. Candidates selected for the post of Videographer will be given a salary of up to Rs 50 thousand per month.

Qualification for Broadcast Executive

A total of two vacancies have been announced for Broadcast Executive. For this post, the candidate should have a degree or PG diploma in mass communication, TV production or related field. Also, one should have good command of Hindi. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in both Hindi and English. Even for Broadcast Executive, the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience. In this, the candidates selected for the post will be given a salary of up to Rs 50 per month.

Qualification for Guest Coordinator

Applications have been invited for four posts of Guest Coordinator. For this, the candidate should have a graduation degree from a recognized university. Also, Public Relations or Journalism Diploma is also necessary. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in this field. For Guest Coordinator, the candidate will be given a salary of Rs 50 to 55 thousand per month.

Age Limit and Application Process

The maximum age of the candidate for all the posts of Prasar Bharati has been fixed at 40 years. Also, the office of all selected candidates will be in Doordarshan Bhawan, New Delhi.
