According to Hindustan Times, Bombay High Court has issued an order against Vidnayan Mane in the defamation case of Palash Muchhal. This has been confirmed by Palash’s lawyer Shreyansh R Mithare. Along with this, the court has given strict instructions to Vidnayan that he cannot make any comment against Palash in public, doing so may spoil Palash’s reputation. Palash’s lawyer welcomed this decision of the court and called it positive for the singer. The next hearing of this case will be on March 11.

What is the matter?
Let us tell you that Vidnayan Mane, a friend of cricketer Smriti Mandhana, had filed a complaint against Palash at Sangli Police Station. In which he had said that on December 5, 2023, he had met Palash and given him the opportunity to invest in ‘Nazariya’ as a producer. For this he gave a total of Rs 40 lakh to Palash. But neither this project was completed nor Vidnayan’s money was returned. Apart from this complaint, Vidnayan also talked about what happened in Smriti and Palash’s marriage and revealed that Palash cheated on Smriti.

He had written that his lawyer has sent a legal notice to Vidnayan Mane against his false allegations, presenting a defamation claim of Rs 10 crore.

Vidyan had filed a report
Let us tell you that Vidnyan Mane had lodged a complaint with the Sangli Police that he had met Palash on December 5, 2023. At the same time, he was given an opportunity to invest in ‘Nazariya’ as a producer and was promised a profit of Rs 12 lakh on an investment of Rs 25 lakh. Apart from this, he was also offered a role in the film. Mane also told that till March 2025 he gave a total of Rs 40 lakh to Palash.
