If you break the rules, there is a risk of being banned forever.

The Embassy has warned that if a person misuses the B1/B2 visitor visa or stays in America for more than the stipulated time, he may face a permanent ban from coming to America in the future. Student visa holders also given warning

A day before this, the US Embassy had also issued a warning for international students. The embassy had said that if the student breaks the law in America or is arrested in any criminal case, the student’s visa can be canceled and he can also be sent out of the country.
