Singer and music composer Vishal Dadlani has openly expressed his displeasure over the culture of ‘recommendation’ going on in the music industry. He clearly said that he does not like to use personal or political influence to get work.

Recently, Vishal shared a direct and candid note on Instagram, which was especially for new and emerging singers. He clearly stated that he has no room for those who try to get work through identity or pressure instead of talent.

He told without any hesitation that recently he blocked a leader because the matter of work was conveyed through him. Vishal gave this clear warning saying that this kind of ‘recommendation’ is not the right way to work with him.

Vishal Dadlani clearly wrote in his post, ‘An advice for new singers, do not make any minister or his secretary call me. This is a way of never meeting me. I have no respect at all for those who try to move forward with the help of ‘contacts’. Whoever tried to do this now, the minister is now blocked, and so are you. No matter how good a singer you are, I am no longer interested in working with you.
