<p style="text-align: justify;">But most people in real life do not apply sunscreen so well. People never apply sunskrin on the whole body every day and also put very thin layers on the face. For this reason, a little UVB rays reach the skin even after applying sunscreen and vitamin D keeps formed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In a study published in the British Journal of Dermatology, it was also found that even though people apply high SPF sunscreen, the essential vitamin D is formed in their body. This means that sunscreen stops the rays of the sun a little, but do not stop becoming vitamin D completely.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How to make balance between sunscreen and vitamin D?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is very easy to make balance between both things. If you feel that there may be deficiency of vitamin D in your body, then there is no need to stop applying sunscreen. You can spend a little time (about 10 to 15 minutes) in the morning without applying sunscreen in the morning sunscreen. Morning time is good because then the rays of the sun are not very fast and your skin is safe.</p>
