Bharti Airtel & Vodafone

Shares of these two companies of the telecom sector may remain in focus today after getting a big relief from the Bombay High Court in the One-Time Spectrum Charge (OTSC) case.

NLC India

After the government announced to sell 3% stake through Offer-for-Sale (OFS), this OFS is opening for retail investors from today. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 303 per share.

Indigo

Shares of Interglobe Aviation (Indigo) are going to be in focus today after about 10% increase in the prices of aviation turbine fuel.

HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank has increased its MCLR by 10 basis points. New rates have come into effect. With this decision of the bank, home loan, car loan, personal loan will become expensive. This will have a direct impact on the bank’s Net Interest Margin (NIM) and profits.

Apart from this, the Bombay High Court has rejected an interim application of Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust, which had sought to restrain HDFC Bank, its Managing Director and CEO Shashidhar Jagadeesan and others from making allegedly defamatory statements against the Trust and its members.

This interim application was filed under a defamation suit of Rs 1000 crore, in which the Trust had alleged that the statements made by the bank and its senior officials in the media and social media platforms had damaged its reputation.

Dixon Technologies

The company, its subsidiary Dixon Electroconnect and Gemtek Technology Company have entered into a binding term sheet to form a joint venture under a mutually agreed structure between Dixon and Gemtek. The company will have 60% stake in this joint venture, while Gemtech will have the remaining 40% stake. This joint venture will be engaged in manufacturing and supply of optical transceivers, SFPs, BOSA (Bidirectional Optical Sub-Assemblies) and other telecom products.

Zee Entertainment

The company’s board is going to meet today to consider the fund raising proposal. Recently they have also acquired the rights of FIFA World Cup 2026.

Hinduja Global Solutions

The company has announced the launch of ‘Project Ganga’ following the MoU signed in March 2026 between the State Transformation Commission of Uttar Pradesh Government, OneOTT Entertainment (OIL) and the broadband vertical of HGS. The aim of this project is to connect more than 20 lakh houses in Uttar Pradesh with high-speed broadband in the next 2-3 years.

Quality Power Electrical Equipments

The company has signed a term sheet to acquire 100% equity share capital of ‘Winwin Specialty Insulators’, a Visakhapatnam based high-voltage ceramic and polymeric insulator manufacturing company.
