Fitness influencer Tanisha Chadha traveled from 80 kg to 58 kg even after PMOS. He shared his experiences on Instagram and told that it was not a difficult diet or a task done by starving. He achieved this change by incorporating right and easy habits into his everyday life. Tanisha mentioned her seven main habits, adopting which she lost weight. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Mild calorie deficit &#8211; Tanisha said, I did not starve myself. I just created a mild, sustainable calorie deficit. This means that they consumed 200 to 300 calories less than their daily calories, resulting in gradual and permanent weight loss. Also, the body should keep getting energy, hence one should never remain hungry forcefully. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Protein in every meal (High-Protein Diet) &#8211; Tanisha insisted on taking 25 to 30 grams of protein in every meal. Protein reduces appetite. Blood sugar remains under control. Muscles remain and fat decreases. Protein is very helpful in PMOS as it prevents cravings and weight gain. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Strength Training &#8211; Tanisha said that weight training is more effective than cardio. Metabolism gets accelerated by weight lifting training 3 to 4 times a week. The body becomes toned and in shape. Calories continue to burn even while resting. Just walking or running is not always enough. By building muscles the body burns more fat. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Daily Light Activity &#8211; It is very important to take small steps and light movements throughout the day. Tanisha walks 8 to 10 thousand steps daily. This burns extra calories. Energy expenditure occurs without fatigue. In such a situation, small changes like walking at home or taking a stand in the office also help. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">6. Fixed Meal Timing &#8211; Tanisha kept her meal time constant and avoided constant snacking. He kept three balanced diets and a gap of 4-5 hours. This keeps the insulin level under control and eating extra can be avoided. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. Sleep &#038; Stress Control &#8211; Tanisha said, it is very important to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep and reduce stress. Less sleep and more stress increases cortisol, which causes the body to gain weight. Proper sleep and stress management helps in reducing body weight. </p>
