Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Arunachal Pradesh and the northeastern states are receiving heavy rains. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings of heavy rain for many states of the country.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Actually, this effect of monsoon across the country is due to the pressure arising in the Bay of Bengal. The most impact of this pressure is going to be in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Maharashtra and Northeast states. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy to very heavy rainfall in these states in the next few days. Whereas, in the coastal areas of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, strong winds and heavy rain have been warned at a speed of 30 to 50 kilometers per hour.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How will the effect of monsoon be across the country</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued Orange and Yellow Alerts for many states of the country for the next few days. IMD has warned of heavy rains in 19 districts for Telangana. IMD has issued an orange alert for Nirmal, Nizamabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamaredy. At the same time, Yellow alert has been issued for 14 districts including Hyderabad and Adilabad. The department has said that there is a possibility of heavy rains in all these areas in the next 24 hours.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>For coastal areas of the country </strong><strong>Imd </strong><strong>Warning of</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of heavy rain in all coastal areas of the country. The IMD has said that heavy rains are likely for the next one week in Mumbai and many other cities of Maharashtra. At the same time, the department issued an alert for torrential rains in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Yanam as well as Telangana.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Life is affected in Bihar-Jharkhand due to heavy rains</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For the last few days, heavy rains have been continuing in Bihar and Jharkhand and the Meteorological Department has warned that there will be torrential rains in both the states for the next few days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Monsoon is also a fierce form in North India</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has also issued torrential rain alert for Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab. The department said that there is a possibility of rain in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh from 13 to 16 September.</p>

The process of torrential rains continues from north to south and east to west. The Meteorological Department has issued orange and red alerts in many states. The water level of rivers is crossing the danger mark and people from low -lying areas are being transported to safe places.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Talking about Delhi, the capital of the country, today there is a possibility of torrential rains with strong winds here on August 4. A sudden change in weather can be seen. During this time, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for torrential rain. Strong winds can blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. Laxmi Nagar, Patparganj, Anand Vihar, North, Southern and West Delhi may be particularly affected. People have been advised not to get out of the open and stay away from waterlogged areas.<br /><strong> </strong><br /><strong>The condition of the season of UP</strong><br />The weather is going to change in UP, the most populous state of the country. Orange alerts, strong winds and torrential rains have been issued in 50 districts of the state. Alert of strong wind and heavy rains has been issued in Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Santakbirnagar, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur. Moderate to heavy rains in districts like Lucknow, Fatehpur, Kannauj, Hamirpur, Meerut, Hapur, Bareilly, Bijnor. The Meteorological Department has appealed to the people not to go to the rivers or in open areas and take precautions at the time of lightning.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The weather conditions of Bihar</strong><br />There is a possibility of heavy rains on August 4 in Bihar. There is a possibility of heavy rains and thunderstorms in districts like Patna, Gaya, Gopalganj, Bhagalpur, Siwan, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani. The department has warned to take necessary precautions to avoid celestial electricity. There is a need for special vigilance in rural areas as there are more power falling incidents there.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Condition of mountainous states</strong><br />The monsoon is active in Himachal and on August 4, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected. Alert of extremely heavy rain in Una, Hamirpur, Kangra, Bilaspur. Sirmaur, Mandi, Kullu, Solan and Shimla also warned of torrential rains. In view of the possibility of landslides and road obstacles, it is advisable to avoid traveling in mountainous areas.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How will the weather be in Uttarakhand?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Alert for heavy rain has been issued in many districts for August 4 in Uttarakhand. This includes Almora, Nainital, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Chamoli. During this time the risk of flood and landslides may increase. The local administration has warned of vigilance and avoiding unnecessary travel.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The weather conditions of Rajasthan</strong><br />There is a possibility of heavy rains on August 4 in many districts of Rajasthan. Alert for Bundi, Alwar, Dausa, Karauli, Sawai Madhopur, Kota and Baran districts. Local administration has directed to keep the drainage situation correct and increase monitoring in flood potential areas. The effect of monsoon is also intensifying in Madhya Pradesh. In the districts like Bhind, Shivpuri, Morena, Vidisha, Raisen, Sagar, Sehore, Ashoknagar, Hoshangabad and Chhatarpur, heavy rains have been warned of heavy rains, Gwalior, Guna, Tikamgarh, Niwari. Meanwhile, waterlogging can be created in low -lying areas.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>IMD forecast</strong><br />The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has said in a recent forecast that during August and September 2025, the country is likely to receive more than normal rainfall. This news is considered very important for agriculture, water resources management and general life. According to Dr. Mrityunjay Mahapatra, Director General of Meteorological Department, most parts of the country are expected to receive normal rainfall in August and more than normal rainfall in September. According to the report of the news agency PTI, between June 1 to July 31, 2025, India received 474.3 mm of rainfall, while the normal rainfall for this period is 445.8 mm. That is, so far 6 percent more rainfall has been received.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Himachal Pradesh Heavy Rainfall Warning:</strong> In Himachal Pradesh, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain for Monday. Orange alert has been declared in 10 districts of the state, which includes all the districts except Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti. The department has expressed apprehension that due to continuous rains, there may be incidents of waterlogging, landslides, floods and falling trees in many districts. However, amid the warning, the capital Shimla has been sunny since morning.  </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tomorrow, on July 8, there will be orange alert in Una, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Chamba and Kangra districts while Yellow alert will be held in Kullu, Mandi, Shimla, Solan and Sirmaur. On July 9, western disturbances are likely to weaken and only yellow alerts have been issued in the entire state. In view of the weather patterns, the deputy commissioner of all the districts has appealed people to live in safe places and take extra precautions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>572 crore loss has been damaged</strong><br />There have been 78 deaths in Himachal since monsoon so far. 121 people have been injured 37 people are still missing. There has been a loss of 572 crores.  243 roads are closed in the state. 241 transformers are stalled. Water supply of 278 drinking water schemes is disrupted. 10253 animal birds have swept away, including ten thousand poultry birds alone in Una district. 163 houses have been completely destroyed, 178 houses have been damaged, 346 gaushalas are booked.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>37 people are still missing</strong><br />The 78 people died during the monsoon season (20 June to 6 July). These include landslide of 1, flash flood of 8, cloudburst of 14, drowning of 8, 1 fire of 1, 2 snake bite of 2, power current of 4, falling from a height of 8 and 4 deaths. Apart from this, 28 people have lost their lives in road accidents while 37 people are still missing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Air Force is engaged in delivering ration to disaster -prone areas</strong><br />Mandi district has been the most affected, where the bodies of 14 people have been recovered so far in the tragedy which came on the night of 30 June and 28 people are still missing. The Indian Army, SDRF and administration are engaged in relief and rescue operations. 225 houses in Mandi, 243 cowsheds have been completely destroyed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Army personnel and rescue teams are making every effort in Mandi so that help can be provided to the affected families. The helicopter of the Air Force is engaged in delivering ration to the disaster -prone areas.</p>
