From today 27th November, candidates can apply by visiting the official website wbsedcl.in, while the last date to apply has been fixed as 29th December 2025. This recruitment of WBSEDCL is a big opportunity for those youth who are looking for government jobs in technical and management fields.

To apply for this recruitment of WBSEDCL, candidates must have graduation, MBA, or related diploma from a recognized institute.

The age limit has been kept at 18 to 32 years. Reserved category SC/ST will get relaxation of 5 years, OBC will get 3 years and disabled candidates will get 10 years.

Selected candidates will get a salary ranging from Rs 36,800 to Rs 1,06,700 every month. This package is considered to be the beginning of a stable and strong career for the youth.

The selection process will be in two stages, first is the written examination, in which 85 multiple choice questions will be asked. These will include English, Quantitative Aptitude and Computer Proficiency along with subjects related to the post.

The exam will be of 90 minutes and there will be negative marking of 0.33 marks for wrong answers. Candidates who are successful in the written examination will be called for interview for 15 marks.
