He revealed that he used to eat his favorite sweets like Gulab Jamun and Ras Malai every week, and still eat. He says that there is no need to leave anything completely for weight loss, but Porition Control and Calorie Management is important.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Ashish Chanchalani said that the main reason for his weight loss was not to eat, but overwriting. He worked on the principle of calorie deficit (eating less calories than you burn). His diet was a balanced mix of protein, fiber, healthy fats and carbohydrates.</p>
