What Is Causing Fever Deaths In Rajasthan Children: The cases of death of children reported in the last few days in Lasadiya area of ​​Salumber district of Rajasthan have put the health system on alert mode. This team is going to the ground level and investigating the causes of the disease, so that it can be found out whether it is an infection, a seasonal disease or some new health problem is emerging. Apart from this, the team of Director of Health Services from Jaipur has also been deployed for monitoring and control. Taking cognizance of this matter, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal has instructed the officials to take immediate action. He has clearly said that the exact cause of deaths should be found out and effective steps should be taken to stop the spread of the disease.

Death of children aged 2 to 4 years

The age of the dead children is said to be between 2 to 4 years, which makes this incident even more sensitive. Cases of sudden fever and then serious condition in small children have alerted health experts. State Chief Secretary V. Srinivas also reviewed the situation through video conferencing and directed all the departments to work together. Principal Secretary of Medical and Health Department, Gayatri Rathore clarified that treatment will be started immediately as soon as symptoms are seen in any child. Instructions have been given to refer serious cases to the district hospital or medical college without delay.

What is encephalitis?
