If we talk about cooked pulses, one bowl of cooked pulses contains 5 grams of protein and 100 grams of raw pulses makes 4 to 5 bowls of pulses. In such a situation, you will have to eat 5 bowls of pulses to get 25 grams of protein, which is generally impossible. </p>
