Due to this, crowds in the Earth’s orbit are continuously increasing. Thousands of satellites are roaming here which send important information on Earth. But along with this, space waste is also roaming here. These include old satellites, pieces of spacecrafts and other types of debris which is continuously increasing.

Every year the number of commercial satellites in class is increasing. This is what Akshat satellites or rocket bodies are now re -entering the Earth’s atmosphere more than three times a day. With increasing launch traffic and large -level solar activity, the number and size of re -entering items are also increasing. In the year 2024 alone, about 1200 items entered the Earth’s atmosphere.

The report states that there are more than 12 lakh items that are larger than 1 centimeters in size. These items are such that can harm the satellites and International Space Station (ISS) currently floating in the orbit. This situation is very worrying. It can be gauged from this that even if the spaceflight operations are completely stopped, the new debris in the lower orbit will increase rapidly. Because there is constant fragmentation of old debris here and new pieces of new debris are entering the atmosphere.

The rapid gathering of space debris has already given rise to the possibility of collision Cascading. This is called Kessler Syndrome. NASA scientist Donald J. Kessler expressed its possibility in 1978. This is a fictional landscape that may soon be true.

Casherr syndrome predicts that when the density of objects in the lower orbit of the Earth (which is about 100–1,200 mi from our planet) will reach a certain severe level, it will begin a series of conflicts. This phenomenon can make the lower class unsuitable for human use and prevent space edge. According to NASA, there are 6000 tonnes of material in the lower orbit at this time. Now it can increase further with the arrival of private players.
