Jewelry-jewelery: One should avoid shopping for gold-silver jewelery or jewelery in the fortnight of Pitru Paksha. Pitra is angry with doing this. Also, new clothes should not be purchased in the ancestral side. In these days, you should wear old and ordinary clothes.

New utensils:- In the 15 days of Pitra Paksha, new utensils should not be purchased for the house. You can also use old utensils or leaves of the house for Shraddha Karma etc.

Electronics goods:- It is inauspicious to buy fridge, computers, machines etc. in the ancestral side. During this time, if you do not shop for the goods related to indulgence, then it will be better.

Kitchen items:- Some materials related to the kitchen like mustard oil, broom and salt should not be purchased during Pitra Paksha. It is believed that it causes Tridosha and faces many troubles. Therefore, you should buy these things in advance.

If you are going to go to see a boy or girl for marriage or if you want to talk about the relationship, then do it before the start of Pitru Paksha from September 7, it is not auspicious to do this work in Shraddha Paksha.

If the new business is to make any new change in business or if you are going to finalize a new deal, then do it before starting from Pitru Paksha or else it will have to wait for 16 days. Pitra Paksha will end on 21 September.

Shraddha is only time to remember the ancestors, in such a situation, if a special kind of worship is to be done, then get it done before the start of Pitra Paksha.

During the Pitru Paksha, you should not buy gold-silver, vehicles, clothes, brooms, mustard oil, new property, books, books, etc. This causes blame.
