In the first trimester i.e. 1–3 months, the development of the child&#8217;s brain and spinal cord begins, hence folic acid and iron are very important. In such a situation, take green leafy vegetables, pulses and sprouted grains, milk, curd and cheese, fruits, dry fruits or coconut water. </p>

Diet for 4–6 months &#8211;</strong> In the second trimester i.e. 4–6 months, the child&#8217;s bones and body develop rapidly, hence the need for calcium and protein increases. At this time, take milk, curd, cheese, pulses, kidney beans, gram, eggs, soybean, green vegetables, fruits and salad. </p>

Diet for 7–9 months &#8211;</strong> In the third trimester, the child&#8217;s weight increases and the body develops completely, hence the need for energy and iron increases. <p style="text-align: justify;">Both these home remedies are very effective in nausea. Drink a few drops of lemon in ginger tea or lukewarm water.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Tiredness can also increase nausea. Therefore, 7 hours of sleep and a little rest in the day is necessary.</p>
