<p style="text-align: justify;">During the Nautapa, the rays of the sun fall directly on the earth, causing the temperature to go above 40 degrees Celsius. Due to this, dehydration, heatstroke, fatigue, stomach problems, skin irritation, and cardiovascular problems become common. Health experts say that food should be taken special care of during this time, because some foods can increase the heat in the body.</p>
